I haven't had a chance to actually use it for rain yet. Las Vegas doesn't see a lot of rain, but it is a nice sun shade for walks and it is beautiful.

The umbrella is small which is what I was looking for. I thought because of its size it may not be sturdy but it’s a pretty solid umbrella. The pattern is just adorable. I didn’t realize it was also UV coated inside. An extra bonus, I can use it in the summer to block the sun.
