It doesnt taste nice but if you add it to some diluted blackcurrant it makes it 100 times nicer. I got it because folic acid makes me feel sick but there were no problems with this. After a couple of days I can really notice the difference in my energy and concentration. Definitely worth the buy, I have tried other brands but nothing works as well as this :)

This is by far the best hydration vitamin tablets I've tried. For a supermarket worker, I'm always on the move and I always feel knackered, dehydrated whenever I'm at work. Water usually does the trick but then I need something that goes with it for an extra boost and flavour. That why I like these tablets, purely to the taste as well as how energetic I feel after taking it. I used it everyday before or during work and it has kept me active and moving all day long. I definitely prefer the orange flavour more to the apple and blackcurrant. Highly recommended.

Good spec but bland taste.

They are a bit on the pricey side. But if you’re like me and often struggle in the mornings, this definitely gives you that boost you need! 💛

So glad I came across these, I had been using SIS electrolytes but was looking to try something different. Great taste, handy for the gym and work and a great price.

I suffer from outrageous hangovers with the added complication of migraine. I've tried everything over the years but nothing really made much difference until I took a punt in these. I take 2 in a glass of water swiftly followed by 2 alka seltzer before I go to bed. Then repeat this as soon as I get up. The result is no migraine symptoms and no nasty dehydration. The migraine is still there, its just being masked by the aspirin, and I'm still tired, but my head doesn't feel like it's being set upon by red hot pokers and bovver boots. EPIC WIN!

I have a big glass of water everyday with two of these. Really seem to help hydrate and keep me going as I work 12 hours a day on my feet

I have had the orange flavoured ones before and they worked well. I chose these which although a tad more expensive, seemed to be more comprehensive in the vitamins and minerals. I took one on the plane - long haul - then one during that day and one the next day. Not a trace of jet lag - in addition to a melatonin to aid sleep. Excellent.
