Poorly Organized, no page numbers.
This book is NOT published like a cookbook. It is like a collection of recipes on a long continuous Word document. The most organization is to group breakfast items first, etc. I suggest you get some Post It flags and be ready to mark recipes, sections, etc. You wouldn't expect to have to work to use a cookbook, but then remember, it is not a cookbook. Frequently there is a recipe title at the bottom of one page and its recipe on the next page, or the back, etc. It should be one recipe per page, so each is complete. Or they should start at the top of one page and end on the 2nd, then the next recipe should start on the following page. There are no page numbers given on the "Table of Contents"...just a listing of what's contained. In fact, there are no page numbers in the book at all. So of course, there's no index of recipes at all. It's so NOT user friendly, that when I received it months ago, I set it aside, and forgot about it. Sadly, I was too busy and missed my return window. Having not used the recipes, I honestly cannot speak to those, but she needs to improve the publication to make it helpful.

Great value!
Nice, this book is the first one i picked up from the weight loss solution series, and i think i'm going to check out the others as well. It's only been a week and i haven't tried all of the recipes yet but i'm glad i picked this book up. The coolest part has to be the 5 day meal plan because it saves me the trouble of having to do it. Time to loose some weight!

Awesome and easy to follow recipe book!
This book was awesome it was a very well written and informative. They are so easy to follow and you will be dropping pounds with ease Ive already lost 6 pounds. This book covers tons of recipes for leptin resistance plus it has tons of bonuses added just to give you more value. This book is an easy 5 stars! I cant wait to read to read Sara's other books. Highly recommended don't wait!

Highly Informative Book!
This is a great and really thorough guide to both the basics of Leptin prevention, and recipes to deal with it.The first part of the book goes into detail about Leptin, and gives us all sorts of great and really useful info.The second part of the book has dozens and dozens of mouth-watering Leptin recipes that will have your stomach rumbling in pleasure.Highly recommended!

Good leptin resistance guide
I do not suffer from leptin resistance but I’ve heard of it, it’s similar to diabetes type2 in a way that your body does produce the hormone needed but at the same time for some reason it does not recognize it. Excellent little book that explained what is happening to people with this problem and how to possibly help yourself to at least minimize it.

Great recipes and great information
Ever since I was diagnosed as leptin resistant, I've been searching for information on how and what to eat. I have to say that these recipes sound delicious and I can't wait to try them! Not only does his bok have lots of recipes, it gives some good information on leptin resistance and why you should or shouldn't eat certain things.

Do not waste your money!
Hugely disappointing book with little worthwhile content on the matter of Leptin Resistance and how to address it in any meaningful way. I've gathered much more relevant information just by researching on the internet for an hour or so a day this week! Should be renamed the "Smoothie Recipe Book" as it contains around 19! - in complete contradiction to the advice in the book that you should take desserts "...like twice a week or even less times..." This book only actually contains about three or four pages of (pretty large sized font) of information about Leptin Resistance and it's affects upon weight gain and so on...However, what it does do is try to promote, and encourage you, to read (code word for buy) the other books in her series. If this one is anything to go by don't bother! My journey into beating Leptin Resistance is certainly not going to be aided by this book. On the contrary, some of her recipes are so low in calories that it would send your body into "starvation mode" which would - according to the science of it all - actually mean you end up gaining weight and would certainly not help you to become leptin sensitive. I'm really cross about this book, as you can maybe tell, but it is little more than a glorified not very inspiring or scientifically based recipe book. I've already wasted my money - don't waste yours!
