Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract | 60% HCA - 1 Bottle

I was a little apprehensive at first about this product but I figured I would buy it and give it a try. I have to say I absolutely love it and just finished ordering another bottle for next month too. While the weight loss has not been as much as I have hoped, I have noticed that I am way more energetic and my meals sizes have reduced A LOT! I am eating more reasonable meal sizes now and so full of energy and just feeling good that I have even started exercising. I am hoping that now that I am eating less and actually up moving around the weight loss will start to kick in farther next month. I have noticed that I lost inches but the scale remains the same. I am thinking that I am gaining muscle while burning fat. I will update this next month and let every one know my progress after month 2.So here we are after all this time. Still no weight loss at all. I did lose a few inches but that was it. I am still however taking these just because they do work rather well as a mood enhancer. I still feel the nice energy boost and the lifted mood from them. That alone makes these worth continuing.

I purchased this after my brother-in-law tried this by his physician's recommendation with great success. He lost thirty pounds without working out. I lost 4lbs the first week, but I also began working out regularly, too. I then gained the 4lbs back and then lost 2 lbs with no change in workout or diet. My spouse and I worked out while taking this and nothing special. I'm going to give it a month or two longer and see what happens and update then. As such, the jury is still out on its full effectiveness. I will update my review after I've used this for a long period of time. I must warn you that these will cause you to move your bowels more often, which I don't like at all. As a result, I switched to Nutritional Sciences Garcinia Lean (Garcinia Cambogia Weight Management), which Amazon also sells and has a few other minerals in it. But I have these as a back-up and also to see whether my system will get used to them or not. My spouse has lost 1 lb a week, which isn't anything to crow about since that kind of weight loss is normal weight loss with diet and exercise.Overall, it's not working for two adults but we're waiting to see what happens with weekly weight checks to see how well it works for us. I'll update my review later on. So far, we are both disappointed.

I took 2 capsules daily, around mid morning. I never had jitters. I did see that it helped curb my appetite especially where snacking is concerned. I have lost about 8 pounds over the last month. I've ordered more to keep this going. I didn't get the rapid weight loss results others did but I'm ok with a slow,steady loss. I feel it's better for me and will allow me to keep it off easier. I recently had a knee replaced, so my activity level isn't as much as a younger person, but it's more than it was before the replacement.3 bottles later, the weight loss is non existent. I will finish this bottle but won't order any more. the weight has come off and gone back on. it still helps with the snacking but the weight isn't moving.

I had used this supplement once before and it seemed to really curb my appetite. This time when I took it, however, I felt it wasn't as successful. I suppose most supplements are this way, your body sort of gets used to them and you have to try something different.I would recommend this product to other people though. If you are really watching what you eat and working out, it gives you a little extra help. One thing, that I wasn't happy about, I ordered a bottle one week for $25 and then ordered another the next week (for a friend) and it was only $20. While it's nice the price went down. It sucked that I had to pay a higher price just a week before.

I really like this product. It has really worked well for me to get rid of those few extra pounds that you can't lose. However, I am only giving it 4 stars due to the fact that it takes a while to see results. I bought it because it guaranteed quick results but I've been taking it for a while and it seems to be awfully slow. I don't know if its because I've taken it for over a year now and my body is used to the supplement therefore not helping me lose weight? Unsure. But needless to say I really like this product. It keeps me fit without even having to go to the gym :)

I really don't know about this product. I haven't noticed any change after a week of taking these but maybe it's too soon to tell. Today I came back to review my purchase and read the customer comments again. I noticed that the price, picture, and instructions were different from what I ordered a week ago. I think I may have been scammed but this product was purchased from Amazon as the supplier? I really just don't know at this point. I'm going to try again following the new updated instructions on here - taking 1 capsule 30 mins before I eat, twice a day. I'll comment back in two weeks if I notice any change.

I've been on this product since the 27th of August and have not seen any difference. Not sure if I should give it more time or just stop using it. I have used several different products in the past and nothing has helped me. I need to lose some weight. I have a wedding coming up next year and would like to look half way decent. First there is an event in February that would be nice to have some weight off by, that was my goal. So if I need to continue this and purchase more I will to give it a chance but I'm losing time here!Tanya S

I've used other versions of this product which seem to work a bit better for me. I don't really see much results. I adjusted the way in which I take it, which I hope will work better. The thing is I am not more than about 10 lbs from my ideal weight and I work out a lot, so it might not really do much more for me. Not sure whether I would re-order. This is not say it is a bad product; just maybe not so much for me.
