Solbar AVO SPF 35 4 Oz

Best sunscreen ever. Does not irritate skin and you DO NOT get that white zombie face thing that can come with some strong sunscreens. I am a very white person and I use every day under my makeup. (yes I use a a sunscreen and make up as the sunscreen in your makeup is not enough!!!) I do put another coat on before I go out in the sun if it is later in the day and I put mine on in the morning. I really like this. It does burn if you get it in your eyes, but not like some of the others. My dermatologist recommends this one and it is three dollars cheaper here than his office.

This is an excellent sunscreen that I have been using for 20 years. I ordered 2 bottles from Amazon in January 2016. When I received them, they had an expiration date of May 2016. Since I would not be able to use that much product before the expiration date, I returned them. I will not order this product from Amazon again since I can't check the expiration date before purchasing.

I had trouble finding a sunscreen that didn't sting my eyes a couple hours after application. This isn't a sweat related issue. For some reason even sitting in the office my eyes would start stinging and watering like crazy. I don't have much of an issue with this product. I saw another comment that applying it on the forehead can lead to stinging eyes when you sweat. That may be true.

I have tried so many different sunscreens and had an allergic reaction to them. This product has been working well for me and I have not had any rashes.

For those with sensitive skin and don't care much for scented, sticky, pore-plugging types of sunscreen, then this product is worth a try. As a first time user, I immediately liked it for it's fragrance-free, grease-free, sticky-free feel. More importantly, my highly allergic skin took to it well. Although the price may seem like a bit much, it's the best sunscreen I've ever come across in my lifetime.

I've used this for about 3 weeks now, and so far, so good - no itchy, scaly, red bumps on my face. Goes on clear, not greasy, and good base for make up (I use mineral powder). I gave it 4 stars, as I would LOVE to find such a product with a higher SPF, but have yet to find one that doesn't make me break out.
