Not perfect but pretty good
I bought this as an alternative to spending $2,600 on a washer dryer from my RV dealer. The RV here js a 2020 Montana High Country 373RD in case that helps anyone. There are some great things about this Washer Dryer combo and some not so great things.Pros: 110 VoltA dryer vent is not requiredWash and Dry capabilityCan turn it on and forget itDoes a good job of cleaning clothes if not overloadedLook is appealing to the eyesVery fast spin cycleMany modes to choose fromCompactSaves spaceCons: WILL SHAKE VIOLENTLY IF NOT LEVELWILL SHAKE VIOLENTLY IF NOT LEVEL (Yes I said that twice)Buttons feel kinda cheesyPretty small tubVery heavyIf condensing to dry will heat up RV or roomCan drip moisture if condensing albeit very littleEasily overloadedAll in all this is a very good compact Washer and Dryer combo. Eliminates the need for both a separate Washer and Dryer. The spin cycle shake is not apparent if the unit IS LEVEL. If your RV and thus the Wash Dry combo is not very level you WILL KNOW IT. I experienced this first hand when I first set up my RV. First time I used it it shook like crazy in a 41.5 ft RV with 6 electric Jacks all with 8 inch round bases. This RV weighs 13,000 lbs completely empty! If you put a level on the Combo, and it is just right, you will feel a slight shake but not bad. But remember it has to be level AND it cannot be over loaded. If you want to wash a comforter, forget it. It isn't big enough for that. I wash maybe 2 pairs of jeans and maybe 3-4 T shirts. That's the maximum. If you do more than that expect a whole lot of shake and your clothes not getting dry. All these smaller RV type washer and dryer combos cannot handle a whole lot at once. This thing will do its job but if you let laundry go a couple weeks, expect to spend an entire day washing laundry for 2 people max. This machine is not lightweight. It weighs more than my 5 cubic ft Washer or Dryer at home. Theres a whole lot in a compact dual purpose machine. Condenser allows you to dry with no vent but expect the room to get pretty warm. It does a fine job if not overloaded.Overall I would buy it again for sure to use in an RV as I did not have to remove the upper shelve in the closet where it sits. It takes up one washer or dryer space and does the job of 2 seperate units, but you cannot expect it to act like a full size washer and dryer. If you have it level and do not overload it and I know I have stressed this point but it is important, it will do a very good job. If those things are not done, you won't like it at all as it will shake and if overloaded your clothes will not fully dry and may not properly wash. The face looks slick and sophisticated but the controls "feel" kinda cheap. This does not effect it's performance though. On a quick wash the washer takes 20 minutes and the dryer takes 1 hour. You can turn it on and go boating if you want and if properly set you will have clothes ready to fold when you get back, albeit not a lot of clothes. I have the 2019 model in gold.

Dissapointed in device, happier with customer service.
A month after getting this device, I started receiving an E13 message. Then it moved to E12 and I started having to unplug and replug in the machine. As it started happening more and more, I would say maybe three months after buying this machine, I finally decided to contact the number on the machine. Online told me what I needed to fix but did not put me through to anyone that could help, instead they gave me a number to call. I called the number with no success. I then filled out a contact me form online. Someone called me a couple of days later and left a message to contact them back and they would contact me shortly. I called for a week straight without any response. I have since called in an appliance repair company to come take a look at this. The machine makes your clothes very wrinkly and I have had to invest in a steamer just to fix the clothes. It doesn't dry on the first round so I always have to send it through the dryer a second time. This product has been nothing but a headache since I got it.**UPDATE*** after posting this review, the company has gone out of their way to try and resolve the issue. I have still have a few issues, but they are on top of trying to fix what is broken.

The good, the bad and the ugly….
I got this for my Fleetwood Bounder RV that I’m living in since I sold my house. I got it in December. So there are several things about this machine that I’ve learned. The main thing is that it works well when the load is very small. Like I’ll run 2 pr jeans together which take about 20 more minutes of drying time after the cycle. Any more in the drum and everything is too wrinkled to wear. I’ll do several tee shirts, undies and socks together. As long as the drum is less than half full, the tees are not too wrinkled to wear. I have this unit vented BTW. I don’t think it probably works any better vented than ventless. The vented heat is not even forceful enough to open the flap on the outside vent. And my vent hose is less than a couple feet. I have to keep that propped open. I don’t think that is working properly. I made several attempts to speak with someone at the company with no luck and no return call to my many messages. Like others, I agree their service sucks and is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum from Amazon’s. So I just have to use this machine as is. Sometimes I smell burned hair smells when I open the door during a dry cycle. That can’t be good. I’ll also do a queen sheet at a time, like do the flat sheet, then do the fitted and cases together. I think if this vented better, it would take more clothes per load. I guess I’m grateful to have it. I have lots of dog beds and my duvet covers that all have to go to the laundry mat, so it’s not like this machine keeps me out of the mat. But I can run my favorite jeans and tees whenever I need them which is great. Now my routine is to do dog beds and throws at the mat and then sheets and clothes here in this. I would rate this 4 stars if the company would answer their phone. I can’t even get a text from them🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️11/28/22 Edit - I very quickly received a communication from the seller after I posted my review to try to resolve any problems. They have been extremely responsive by txt messaging. Recently, my machine stopped drying and threw a code on the display. I texted them about it and they immediately shipped parts directly to me and set up for a local repairman to come out. He contacted me the day after the parts got here and came out that same day!! He got my machine up and running again, no fuss, no muss. I have to commend them on their customer service now!!

Do Not Buy
Do Not Buy. I bought 4 of these for rental properties, and they leak water out of the drawer, won't vent and fill the exhaust hoses with water, and 1 of them was so loud we couldn't use it, etc. I have tried for months to get both Amazon and the manufacturer to fix them or return my money. A service tech was sent to verify the issues with no resolution, as he said the machines are terrible based on previous customers. Amazon has been amazing on all transactions except this appliance one.

Don't expect it to be fast or wrinkle free
This washes and dries just fine, but the wash/dry cycle takes 3+ hours, and even then most loads need another 30-60 minutes to fully dry. I'm mostly using it for twin size sheet sets and cleaning rags, and it is leaving everything extremely wrinkly, even on the smallest of loads. Though it works fine, I'm definitely regretting my purchase.
