FujimiModel Real Sports Car Series No.84 1/24 Porsche 917K Deluxe

Everything fits well, instructions are easy to understand. Decals are good with one exception. The door numbers decals are 4 parts that have to be applied in the correct order. The instructions are not clear on this point.

Decent kit and scale/detail, but just up to the quality of Tamiya. Worth the effort because these Porsches are timeless.

I did my first build in late 1963, it was my very first wreck...Oh what a mess. Best I can say is that it was a horrible green glob of glue....got it from a neighbor's garage sale for a shiny new liberty dime, complete with a big tube of glue smalll bottle of green paint.That's been a very long time ago. Atleast several thousands of builds later I order the Porsche 917K 71'......it arrived sooner then I had expected ( always a good thing ) I'm rarely if even never in a hurry with my absolute favorite pass time. I've not yet began the build, however, just at a quick once over......I am thrilled with the things I am starting to see here, fabulous tooling not so surprised to see from Fujimi , as they are one of the leaders of the craft. What IS shocking is what Fujimi is packing into kits like the Porsche 917K 71' .....VALUE of the highest levels in the industry, @ $ 40.....WOW, IM STOKED on starting this one.....great tooling, awesome etching, great rubber, the detail in the tread alone is sick ....Do yourself a favor, BUY THE KIT!!!!!!!

Fujimi kits are beautiful. The photo etch shows in all the right places. The decals, also are perfect. The package was very well packed and arrived without a scratch.

以前は店頭で4000円近い値段で購入（その時も売れ残りで割引されていた）再度作りたいと思っていたところ、お安くなっていたので買いました。エッチング付きでこの値段になっているのでお買い得だと思います。917Kはフジミの良いところが出ている方のキットでプロポーション的にも良いと思います。エンジンレスですが、これは330P4などと同じでコスト的にも作製のしやすさ的にも正解と思います。デカールは一部を除いて問題なく貼れました。一部は先端の赤い部分で位置ずれの印刷になっておりそのままでは貼ることが出来ませんでした。（塗装で対処しています）今回のものは治っているようですが、ここの部分は塗装したほうが良いところでもあります。またデカールの考証はよく出来ていて、特にゼッケンの部分は当時の写真と比べると正確に作っています。（箱絵のゼッケンはレストア(?)されたタイプのものを参照しているようです）バリエーション展開が多くそれに対応するために細かい穴埋めなど必要ですが、完成すると満足感の高い仕上がりになります。前回購入したものはタイヤにクラックが入っていたりと割りと大変な状態でしたが、今回パーツ確認すると大丈夫なようです。セブリングのシルバーにマルティーニカラーかっこいいです。星一つマイナスは今回の分は買ったばかりで、作ってはいないので手放しで星5をつけるのは控えた形です。

購入のきっかけは、エッチングパーツ付きなのと、このカラーリングです。早く作ってみたいです。

エッチングパーツ自体はサードパーティ製でも販売されていますし、これで「カルトグラフデカール」か、メジャーなガルフ仕様ならと思うのですが、残念ながらマイナーなセブリング。「残りのデカールで作った」としか思えませんです。
