Very happy, installed ok but was a bit tuff , but No big problem. liked the good rim beading and that it came Round NOT folded. Strong side walls and inflated to 60psi. I am 6'1" @ 230 and the walls do not defect. love the tread and can not wait to start putting some miles on it.

Too early to tell on durability, just got it and only 5 or 6 rides. Many good references for this tire so thats why I purchased it to use on a Trek Checkpoint. Minimally harder to get on to the rim but not ridiculously hard as some people say, and you dont need levers to get it on you just have to know how to correctly put a tire on. I will update this review again. Now its almost 4 months later, lots of miles on pavement, gravel and forest service roads that have been ruined by ATVs, roads where the dirt is eroded away-washed away leaving rocks from golf ball size to grapefruit size, not a solid covering but actually like a giant train dumps millions and millions of tons of rock on a bare rock surface. No flats yet, I use a tube as I am kind of old fashion and air them up as hard as possible. Very good tires, probaby need to replace mid-summer 2024 and only because tread will be worn though still good now.

If you’re serious about gravel, this is your tire. Better than Gravel Kings, WTBs, etc. I’ve burned through so many brands. Goat heads to random gnarly rock punctures, those other tires do not hold up. I did the research on Schwalbes… suggest you do too… watch how they’re manufactured… then make a decision. 2k miles so far and not a scratch. Super low rolling resistance. Averaging 19-22 mph on gravel, faster on paved. 23-27. Comes down to how conditioned you are as a rider but these tires are top gun. The best of the best.

I bought these because they are famous for their durability and puncture resistance. Unfortunately they aren't puncture proof. I had a gnarly puncture from a two inch nail that destroyed my inner tube. I've only been riding on them for several weeks too! Good to know however because I am about ro put 2000 miles on them and now I know not to be overly confident lol! They have a sturdy yet fairly comfortable ride that you can take on multi terrain. Good quality.

These tires are excellent . Perfect for the LHT.

Just finished a 150 mile gravel tour with these as well as some HD tubes in place, rode in an area famous for goat head flats and I had absolutely no issue. Roll pretty smooth, seem to be wearing well. Would buy again

I had Schwalbe tires on a previous bike that I rode almost 1000 miles and they still had plenty of life left. They were very hard to put on the rim. I’m sure that they will perform well on pavement and packed dirt, but I was looking for something more aggressive for large gravel. The Amazon pic shows tread much more aggressive than it really is, and had they not charged a fee for returning them they’d have gone back. Still, they are very high quality and I’ll have no fear of flats with these.

I put these on my hybrid bike, and they allow me to do dirt trails as well as paved roads.

Reçu dans un emballage adapté pour ne pas les abimer, les pneus sont conformes à la description et extrêmement polyvalents et résistants. Acheté pour remplacer des Vittoria Terreno Dry avec lequels j'avais des crevaisons régulières, c'est désormais de l'histoire ancienne !

Roads in Scotland are rough - to say the least. On my commute, roads and cycling paths are full of debris that is causing punctures on a weekly basis but I replaced my rear schwalbe marathon tyre with the marathon plus and for 3 years now I haven’t had a single puncture. Over the past two weeks I experienced two punctures on the front and I’ve replaced now this one as well.Be careful during winter months though. Marathon plus are really hard tyres - for obvious reasons - and they don’t behave well on ice! But for me that’s a minor issue as I’m using winter tyres with spikes.

Ho acquistato il prodotto (ed anche le relative camere d'aria) su consiglio di utenti ciclisti molto esperti. Per ora, e per l'utilizzo comunque intenso, sono stato su tante superfici con queste gomme: asfalto, sterrato, ghiaia, ecc. Tenuta della pressione ottima e nessuna preoccupazione di foratura. Certo che non sono infallibili: lo stesso produttore con una didascalia fa capire che non puoi pretendere di salire su un tappeto di puntine e sperare di non bucare. Diciamo che piccoli vetri o sassi appuntiti non vanno a scalfire la gomma. 5 stelle per la qualità
