What can I say, I'm just clumsy I guess.. I repeatedly burn my arms just below my elbows when I reach into the oven, even when wearing "long" mitts. After my last battle scar took weeks to heal, I'd had enough. I researched an infinite number of supposed Long oven mitts that were still too short, even resorting to browsing leather grilling gloves, heavy duty welding gloves & leather pruning gloves. If they weren't too short, they were too bulky to easily take on and off when baking. THESE GLOVES ARE THE GREATEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD! Super soft cloth lining, heat resistant silicone that's very flexible to take on & off, and YES, they even COVER MY ELBOW!! Now, I'm a 5"² chick, so they might not cover your elbow if you're taller, but I guarantee they'll come close! I've been telling everyone I know that these are replacing all of my mitts, they're the only pair you'll ever need. I am crazy in love with my oven gloves!

These are great. They go up pretty far and I was able to clean the grill and flip burgers and chicken without having the fear of the heat as I was going towards the back where I was extending my hands and more...

There nice and durable and they feel really good

I definitely am glad I bought these. We have a cast iron wood stove that the handle is broken so we have to lift the hot cast iron lid by hand. I bought these gloves because the grilling mits kept burning through the seams. These gloves are fantastic! I don't feel any heat at all when I handle that extremely hot door, and I've even stuck my hand down in the fire itself to rearrange smoldering logs without a problem (though I don't touch actual burning red hot objects).

I asked for these for cooking over the fire when camping. They were a gift and were ordered in a size XL. They are way too big for my hands (I am a woman with normal size hands, not big, not small). I can not move my fingers around freely, or close my hand in a fist or grip enough to safely cook over the camp fire moving pots and what not around. So I am returning them. However I can say they look like they are well made, thick, and would be great at keeping heat off your hand and arm. I don’t think they would serve well if you needed fine motor movements of your hand/fingers in general as they are very thick and stiff in the fingers. Obviously if they fit me better I think I would be able to move my fingers better, but I still don’t think I would be able to move them as I personally need to for working with pots and utensils over a fire

I got these to clean the fryer at work and they work very well, they get a little greasy kind of fast but they're pretty easy to clean and wipe down. They're also pretty comfortable

The gloves work well. I use for cleaning my blackstone grill. Saves my hands lots of burns and discomfort. Have bought for myself and another person as a gift after using. Good price point.
