these corncobb bulbs work just fine, although they are a little too dim for my purpose. I wanted to replace 40w incandescent bulbs with these, but the light output of these bulbs is more like a 30w incandescent bulb would be. still a good rating as the description still states that the bulb just gives about 200 lumen. good quality, not flimsy.

I bought 4 of these from that popular auction site. 3 of them failed within a few weeks. Both the seller and DAIWL ignored my emails about a replacement.Poor quality product and terrible customer service.
