I did some research and purchased this product as a gift for a friend who is Italian and it was greatly appreciated! This olive oil has won many awards over the years. The aroma and taste of this olive oil is superb! Once opened it was used for a caprese salad and with fresh bread, so delicious. The price point is excellent! Grassy with mild bitterness and medium to sharp piquancy on the finish. This is probably one of the top three olive oils I've had the chance to experience, matched by Laudemio and Master Miller. The Agrestis Nettaribleo received a Gold Award in 2019 from the NYIOOC.

This oil is excellent. It's smooth but has a hell of a bite at the back of the throat. I'm going to get another bottle. This is the good stuff.
