Absolute best pasta
Can’t say enough about how great this pasta is. This is so high quality. I’m absolutely spoiled by it. It’s delicious and compliments any sauce. Great for if you just want garlic and olive oil. Cook time is pretty accurate. The pasta water afterwards is perfect to add to your sauces. Mix the pasta water with some cheese and egg and make a cream.

Easily The Best Pasta Short of Handmade
First, it comes in 1lb packages while most available packaged pastas are 12-13ozs. Secondly, it is somewhat thicker than most spaghetti pasta, so one should adjust quantity if using less than an entire package. Next, the bronze cutting creates a texture that is rough to the touch and is how it holds sauces better. Last, the taste is out of this world. Because if the sum of all its parts, the cost is reasonable. Simply, an outstanding product!

Taste the differance
You get what you pay for, This costs double maybe even triple the cost of what you buy at your local grocer. The pasta is nice and tender. We make it ala dente

Super High Quality, High Flavor
For those times when you wish to use dried pasta that finishes in the sauce to absorb sauce, this is an excellent option.

Good flavor!
I really like this pasta, it holds the sauce because it is die cut. It's also passes the flavor test on it's own, sometimes I like using a (very good) olive oil and pepper, that's it, but you have to have a good pasta for the recipe and this is it. Or sometimes I will add some chopped pancetta (fried) about a half cup of the hot pasta water and about a half cup or more of fresh parmesan, mix up and serve immediately, It's called "Pasta alla Grecia" It's a quick dish and served often in the home in Italy.
