Salamida Pinch Italian Gourmet Spice Blend, 4 oz Perfect Pinch

Originally I am from the Binghamton NY area and pinch was something we always had on just about everything we ate! Years ago when I moved to Pittsburgh, I made sure to grab some when up visiting families, now I order online. Love it! Try it on fish and popcorn too!!!

Once a year I get a stash of Pinch from my parents as my Christmas present. It was a regional thing, and I moved. Buying directly from Salamida results in some high shipping costs, hence me parcelling a couple of bottles out over multiple months. Now that I can find it on Amazon prime, I don't have to use it so sparingly. I love this on popcorn - and tend to mix it into sauces when I'm cooking. If you are a garlic lover, this is a great addition to your spice cabinet.

A perfect mix of garlic, onion, salt & pepper and other secret spices, a beautiful umami! Super flavorful without being overwhelming. This has been a favorite since childhood and still is. As a native of upstate NY (where this is produced) living on the west coast, I was so excited to be reunited with Pinch! How I've missed you! Use it on anything and everything - pizza, vegetables, eggs, pasta, soup, salad, popcorn, any type of protein or carb, you name it. A magical flavor boost. I haven't found any spice blend that's as tasty or as versatile. Keeps you going back for more! LOVE IT!!!

I’ve used this seasoning for years. Was happy to find here since I’ve move from NY. Disappointment is is price. So much more than what it cost in store

Great in many things ... especially most meats, and in my homemade Spaghetti sauce !! The spiedie marinade they sell is awesome for bbq too

I use it on everything- great on eggs.

Have used this seasoning for over 20 years best thing for steaks, burgers, and almost everything else. Can't go wrong with salt, pepper, and garlic.
