I thought it was tiny but you have to force it
My hips are 40 and my waist is 31.5 inches. I’m 145 lbs and 5’4” and got the large. When I received the item it barely fit around my one leg with the whole thing. Then I remembered it’s supoised to be compression, so I tried and stretched it out with my hands and pulled it up. I really had to force it, by pulling the elastic open with my hands and pulling it up my body. The final effect was excellent. It kept my belly flat, and that’s what I was really looking for after having a baby. Yes - ultimately I want to have abs, but in the meantime this will work.

tiny and didn't stretch nearly enough
Wow, so this was meant for like literally a barbie doll, like the actual doll not a human. So tiny. I followed the size chart and couldn't get this over one thigh. Fine, I have big thighs but I bought the recommended size. The fabric barely stretched. Rather than force it and ruin this, I returned it straightaway. I'm still looking for good shapewear that's also not extremely expensive, so if you know of some let me know!

Not enough tummy compression
Tight on my thighs but not enough compression in my stomach. Stomach looked the same as if I had nothing on. 5’4”, 152lbs with clothes on, 32” waist 42” hips with weight in midsection hips and butte. I didn’t want my thighs compressed just my big stomach so I won’t look 3 months pregnant. Have a disability so can’t do sit-ups. My true faja works but I don’t want to wear a one piece all the time. Still looking for the right shaper shorts.

Way too tight.
Way too restrictive. I ordered a medium (I’m 5’9” and 130 pounds). I couldn’t even get them on, not even close. Barely could pull them over my calf. I don’t think I would ever wear it even in a larger size because of how tight it is.
