Great kit for a first-timer
This was the first ‘diamond painting’ I tried, and I stuck like 3 of those puppies down before knowing I’d be hooked! In case you haven’t done one before, it’s basically like painting by numbers. This design was easy but not boring and the perfect size for a beginner. I finished it in probably about a week of sporadic sessions.I had plenty of drills to finish the design with plenty left over. The kit came with all the tools you need.I didn’t realize when I purchased this that the drills are round; all the ones i’d seen online were square. After doing both, I can’t decide which I like better anyway though.A few tips I learned that may helpother beginners!:-Take a box-cutter/razor blade and cut the protective layer — NOT the canvas!! just the part you peel off! — into sections. This way you can just peel off a bit at a time and it’s easier to work with. (I attached a picture from another diamond painting i’m working on to show what i mean!)-You’re going to need something to organize the drills. The little baggies they come in do not cut it. I alsoattached a pic of what I use. I had some disposable ramekins at my apartment that I used, but you can also get a super cheap ‘diamond painting supply kit’ here on amazon that comes with a little organizer (check my reviews for the exact one in my picture).

Worth the money
definitely fun and very time consuming but it turned out very cute in the end!

Color numbers missing
I am quite disappointed in this picture. The manufacturer did not include the color numbers on the canvas. I've done several diamond paintings and every one of them have had the color number on there - except this one. I am able to complete the painting (provided tgey have supplied me with enough diamonds) however I will not he able to incorporate them with all my other diamonds from previous projects. That is disappointing to me.
