Easy to use and clean!
I've seen some bad reviews, not sure if they sometimes send out faulty ones but I did pay little extra, not much!, for warranty and have been using it at least several times now with no problem. On occasion when inserting the motor into the lid where it connects to knob of blade it needs to be wiggled into fitting but thats only issue. It has worked good for hummus but need to stop a couple of times to open and scrape it from sides to middle and blend again but it blends so fast that overall time is short. Quickly makes Cole slaw or salasa but if you want veggies just in long slices this isn't like a food processor with the blade for that. Keep black covers to slide in place over blades after cleaning for safe storage:)

Great Meat Grinder
I was looking for grinder specifically for grinding meat into ground meat. I have been using this a couple times for the past few weeks. I attached some pictures: I cut half frozen chicken into cubes and the next picture is of it ground up. Another one is of a frozen vegetable mix of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots after grinding. The last one is cooked chicken breast ground up. I kind of want to see if it can make a sort of meat paste just with meat itself, but I'll try that out some other time. For best results re: meat, it's best to cube them up and grind them when they're half frozen to avoid it from becoming overly stringy. However, don't grind anything that's completely frozen as I don't think the machine can handle it. I tried the vegetable mix straight from frozen and it seemed like the machine would break and it also seemed like some marks were left on my kitchen counter after that noisy ordeal. My method was just pulsing it or holding for 10 seconds max at a time and then pushing the leftover big pieces into the way of the blades. It seems to work for me, and I think that stops the machine from overheating. A downside is that the pieces aren't all evenly ground: you might get larger pieces leftover with some parts too finely ground. The 2L bowl is large enough to fit between a pound or two of meat, and a little less for vegetables, depending on what type. It's no big deal to scrape the finished product and put more in though. The assembly and set up of it is so simple: just stick the blades attachments into the center of the bowl, put the cover on, and attach the motor. Then you can decide between the two speeds, but honestly I never noticed the difference between them.I chose this type of meat grinder instea dof those meat grinder attachments/large machines because honestly I'm lazy and cleaning them looked like it would be tedious and would make me never use them again. Cleaning for this is so simple! Just separate all the components and wash with a sponge and you're done! Be careful of the blades, but everything else is easy.I would totally recommend this product for meat grinding needs! It hasn't died on me yet, and it's been about 3 weeks. I might update my review later on if I test out other uses or something changes but for now I think it was a worthwhile purchase.

My first food processor!
This thing is so strong it can ground up chunks of raw beef brisket! Very useful for making your own burgers. Be sure not to overfill this though. Always be patient and use in an orderly manor.

Just the Best
I've got tons of slicers, choppers, etc. Just stop, this does the trick and it's the one out of about 5 that we always pull out. Easy to load and take down and wash, just the easiest and most trouble free machine. It's hardy and strong. Of course, the longer you pulse, the smaller the particles. So I use it for onions, peppers, celery... and get nice sizes for a salad. Pulse it longer and I can make pate out of anything (probably even a shoe). I make my own dog food and this is wonderful for that. I bought a friend one and she made her own baby food. You won't feel like you have to invest a lot of time getting it prepared, it's so easy to just put it on the counter, put your stuff in and put the motor with the push button on top. No having to go through any torture to assemble. And same at shut down. Take the top off and wipe it down, take the receptacle, rinse out and wash down... less that two minutes. Love this machine. Everyone I've bought one for has come back and expressed how much they love having it, what all they can do with it, and how easy it is to use and clean. If it breaks today, I will order another tonight.

Potential buyer needs to read my review before buying
Update!!!! After 2nd use, i found meat get stuck in between the fiiting higher and lower blade, i put the blade in diswasher with a little hope the meat can get out somehow. I forgot to check and today omg it stinks as dead body... Straight to trash can...I Rarely do a review. However i feel to owe potential buyer a warning. I was so excited with the grinder at first because it overall design. Problem starts showing in the fisrt time of using.1. Assembly: you have 4 interlocking pieces that you have to put in: the bowl interlocks with the lid which host the top part of the blade to be fitted in the motor part. 2 out of 10 i am able to put them all in position as it is supposed to. Most of the time i end up frustrated and have to accept to let it works without having the lid fitted in the bowl which mean that i have to keep the lid in place by my othet hand ( yeah, you dont look beautiful ly hand-free as in the picture.2. Motor: if you fill the meat in their max line, it will be to little to uterlize the higer blade. I put 1 bls of GROUND pork (i mean NOT meat chunk, it's grounded). It chops in about 15-20 seconds and then it slow down to the point that you would no there is no need to grind since it not gonna make any change. Not sure if 4, 5 stars rating ppl is chopping, but i buy this b/c they advised it as a meat grinder... and it failed my test completely.3. Sanitizing; IMPORTANT!!!!! their 4 blades is actually a 2-pieces of blades stacking up on each other and i found the meat found it way to home in between. I thought that i still can use it for things other than meat, but up to this point, i feel disgusted with the tool.I learn a lesson that i should stick to big brand thing and stay away from this Cheap **** china rival ( by the way it's not actually cheeap)
