Tadpoles Organics Set of 3 Flannel Receiving Blankets, White , 30x30x1 Inch (Pack of 3)

Love these blankets! I used them in my home birth just as they do at a hospital. There were lots of things on these blankets after the birth (blood etc.) and everything came out great. I would absolutely buy these again! They feel just like hospital swaddles; sturdy yet soft.

Too expensive

I sure miss the quality of our American made products 50 yrs. ago, but I suppose these are the standard to expect of today and can by no means be considered inadequate. They did shrink to 28” x 29” after cold washing with vinegar and permanent drying but did not measure before to check was 36” originally as advertised.

Very impressed by these for the price! I bought these after reading positive reviews by moms who had homebirths. I haven’t had a chance to use them for my own yet but I already washed/dried them and they’re gonna be perfect to wrap my baby up right away! Definitely a worth it purchase for homebirths if you want something that can get ruined and won’t be missed! But honestly I would buy these again to use for other stuff too!

Before purchasing, I read the other reviews about how they were thin, but since it’s so hard to find affordable receiving blankets in an organic cotton, I went for it. They felt thin at first, but I was very pleased with them. I used them for a home birth and purchased 2 packs. They were absorbent and soft and washed up well afterwards - they are still white! They have been washed several times since the birth and are holding up better than the other receiving blankets I purchased. They are thicker than those blankets as well.

I love these little receiving blankets. A nice size and they’re so soft. I embroidered on them and gave them as a gift. I’ll be ordering more.

My review is based on my $10 purchase of the 3 blankets. Clearly at $90.00 For sale now I reviewed it not good for value. However at $10.00 it surely was. I came back on to order 3 more and they were up to $90.00 for the 3. I won't be purchasing it again until it comes back down. I would have given it a rating of 5 stars when the price goes back down.

I like the Tadpole company and like that they make organic products which I was in search of for my newborn. I bought these in several color patterns because they were organic. Regular priced they are way overpriced, so wait for them to go on sale. The quality of them is just not worth paying full price since they do not hold up well under repeated washing, even on delicate washer/dryer cycles with gentle baby detergents. I also am not impressed with the size, they are great for using around baby, especially in the car seat etc, but are way too small and odd shaped to try to swaddle a baby with. They are also not as soft as I would have hoped. I think Tadpoles can do better!

Sono tre telini di flanella 100%cotone. Molto molto morbidi e caldi. Si possono usare come lenzuolino o copertine per avvolgere il neonato in un caldo e morbido abbraccio. Lavate in lavatrice conservano la morbidezza.

the pcture is misleading i ordered for a regular blanket not infants, so was v v disappointed to spend so much money, I am single and 54 no kids possible to give for others my age either.
