Great Product 23kg difficul, to pull, excellent supplier and good product quality
Excellent product just not able to lift or maouvre up 3 stairs even with all excess weight striped off

Perfect - up to expectations
Highly recommended scooter. Perfect for what I expected: airport travel, museums, art fairs, shopping malls.As advertised, extremely easy to fold and unfold. Many have mentioned its weight - yes, it is about 25 kgs. but relatively small form factor. Like putting in to a car an average suitcase. Always a taxi driver is ready to help (or easily lifted next to the driver on London black taxis. Was in constant touch with Lee from Mobility Solutions - was very responsive, answered immediately every request. Setting it up was a bit confusing ("Manual" is full of errors)but once it was overcome, works perfect. Product & supplier highly recommended.
