I liked the Omega 3. They are smaller in size than the ones I used to take. Easy to swallow.

If you need to take omega 3's in high doses, this fits the bill. I'm supposed to take 10,000 mg/day, so this helps cut down on the quality with the higher dose. Two words of caution: start slowly! Seriously! Many people get nauseous and light headed. My only complaint is this product is pricey, but convenient.

As someone who suffers from fibromyalgia, and constantly trying to keep pain at a manageable level, I know what relief is felt when no pain is present. I spent time researching around online, for natural ways to help symptoms of fibromyalgia, and found that Omega-3 has been known to relieve fibromyalgia or neuropathic-type pain. So, I decided to try it, and see if it also worked for me. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased, and honest opinion.I have been using the product for one month now, and with the level of pain I was in before taking it, I can feel that my pain levels are starting to get a little bit better. I also take these along with my other vitamins, before my smoothie in the mornings. I really like the design for these gel capsules, as they don't get caught in my throat, and slide easily. The next thing I noticed about these capsules was that they masked the scent, and taste of the fish oil very, very well. They don't have a strong fishy odor, and barely smell to any extent. They also do not have a very fishy flavor, and I honestly can't taste anything from them, but that could also be just myself. I also have stomach problems, and there are days where my body doesn't like anything I put in it, so I have to take extra care with my vitamins to get them down. I put capsules in the freezer at times, before taking them, because taking the frozen capsule provides a calmer reaction in the stomach. So, that definitely works for me, if you're having a hard time taking them.I really love the fact that these capsules contain the highest concentration of EPA and DHA, fatty acids, sourced from three different fatty-fish; sardines, mackerel, and anchovy. Vegetable oils are not a source of EPA or DHA, so we're required to get our nutrition from the source. Omega-3 is also a great vitamin to help promote a healthy flow of digestion, and also has been mentioned to have anti-inflammatory effects. It is important to consume a high-quality Omega-3, as a product with a better quality, higher concentration of EPA and DHA is much better than buying a similar product, with only half the concentration. It's important to take this capsule, as instructed and to not take more than your recommended dosage, but if you choose to, you can speak with your doctor first.After having such a great experience, and getting relief for my pain for just taking fish oil capsules, it gives me hope that I'll be able to find other great natural products that offer similar benefits. It has been stated that you should not expect immediate, overnight results by taking Omega 3, but I can tell this product is definitely working for me, and it's only been four weeks! I'm exciting to see where I'm going to be in the next five. I highly recommend this product, as they are definitely the best quality fish oil product I've tried, and I'm already experiencing noticeable benefits from taking it.

Elite Omega 3 is a pure Norwegian Fish Oil and it contains the highest concentrations of EPA/DHA, without exceeding FDA recommendations . It is sourced from Sardines, Mackerel, and Anchovies. I have noticed that a lot of fish oil pills have a strong fish oil taste but with these pills they are quick dissolve so they do not have a fishy aftertaste. I know the pills look a little big but they are actually really easy to swallow. Some of the health benefits of fish oil is it helps reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, it promotes brain health, helps reduce inflammation, helps with mental health and more. I have been taking them for about a month and I can really tell they are making a difference. I suffer from depression and anxiety and since taking these, I feel more alert and just feel better all around. I received this product as a sample to test and review.
