Spend all you want and it still won’t do any better than this product . Worked great on my shower project!

It does what it supposed to do.

Bought this for the seams of a shower stall. Adhered with Red Guard. Very flexible, goes up easy, holds together well. Does everything it’s supposed to do!

Best tape to use when renovating a bathroom. Waterproofing 100%, it’s manageable but thick enough for great effect

This stuff is great when waterproofing your shower and or other areas. Tips make sure you don’t overlap it because it will come off when it’s too thick. Also make sure you have it thoroughly soaked in your water proof solution that you are using as it will not adhere correctly. Last but not least. When doing your corners make sure to apply pressure to ensure that the Atack properly adheres to your corner walls correctly. This stuff is thick so you can press it and play with it a little to get it how you want it. I made a big mistake when I overlapped mine because it wasn’t needed and I wasted a lot of aqua defense. This made my project become unleveled-lol. It was still worth it.

I needed this to do some testing and found it the same as any other similar material. It wasn't any better or worse in terms of saturation. If anything it didn't accept the waterproofing material as readily as some other similar competitive products. This is why three stars instead of 5.It will work if you need to waterproof a shower pan or want to line something else to be waterproof. Just not outstanding.

My go to for waterproofing shower corners, seams and shower pan,when used with Mapei AquaDefense. Easier to work with than other fiberglass membranes. Use it on shower niches also. I'm an installer and don't need my showers to fail later on.
