Really useful lamp for lighting talent. Connects to my studio diffusers via the Bowen’s mount. Sturdy and effective. I haven’t picked up the fan on mics. I think you’d have to be very close (and quiet) to do that. I suspect any reasonable sound processing should be able to remove that sort of background anyway. I’m going to be buying another one to have a matched pair.

The light is very well packaged. I got it from warehouse deals and unfortunately the glass was cracked but it work perfectly so just a cosmetic thing.The light is very silent and I like how much light it can provide.the pic is shot with a full frame camera f4 iso320 with the light at 65% with a godox softbox 60x60cmGo and buy it!

In summary:If your looking for Aputure quality led lights, but are on a budget - invest in this!We've always used Aputure lights in the past on our commercial productions - we create fashion films, beauty videos, and commercial short video content for leading industry brands. This Godox SL-60W is without a doubt just as powerful and good quality as Aputure led lights, which makes no sense as their half the power, but they certainly pack a punch! Really durable and lightweight too. We've got 2 currently which easily fit into a small black backpack for location assignments. Huge plus that their bowens fit, we have a lot of bowens fit modifiers!**Highly recommend this over the newer Godox LED strobe which is more expensive, the light colour is pure white and has no faults compared with the newer version.Only cons to this product would be:The fan* if you require crisp audio recording. But, to be honest if you have the light further enough away for those settings, it hasn't been an issue to us as others have stated. Any normal person wouldn't hear it, it's much quieter than our computer fans - anyway! - (We don't do much audio work, so it's not a huge focal point with our needs).

These light are incredible value for money. I started out sceptical and I now own 4 of them. Super bright and exactly what you would hope for in a light.

Great value for money but like all Gogol product, the controls/remote aren’t exactly intuitive to use. Overall it seems well built though.The fan does make a noise as commonly stated but whether or not it is too loud would depend on what you are using it for and where your mics are positioned etc. It suits me fine though.It comes with a decent reflector too which was a nice surprise.

This light is perfect and super powerful. I do product photography in the UK and natural sunlight is never on our side. This light paired with a soft light and reflector is the ultimate must have trio for photography.

It's a quiet light and we'll priced, the quality is really good & the colour accurate but I ended up returning it as its not bright enough if you can't control all the light in a given space.Really easy to assemble & mount to a light stand.

Super bright light! Highly recommended for content creators. Had it for a few weeks and love it already!!! It’s worth every penny! Can’t wait to use at weddings!!
