My mistake in ordering the wrong remote, but still able to use this remote
The item arrived safe & sound and on time from the seller. It's a shame that I didn't look closer at the item because the item I needed is the eject button for the TV / DVD player. This item didn't have that option. But the old remote with the eject button still works, so when we need to eject the DVD disc we use the old remote. It was my mistake not the fault of the seller.

Perfect
I received a TV set from a friend, but it did not have a remote. Tried to buy a Universal remote, but that was too much work to set up. Checked the Amazon site to see if they carried one that matches the model of the TV I had and it was delivered within 2 days.

I was happy to find this remote on Amazon
No programming or complicated procedures were needed. I simply put in the batteries and it worked. I had lost my original remote a year ago and had to walk back and forth form my sofa if I needed to change the channel. I was happy to find this remote on Amazon, so now I can return to watching multiple shows at once.

Perfect. We have a 12 year old Westinghouse and the power button has been getting worse and worse. When I got the new remote, I put in batteries and turned the tv on and off. Then I threw away the old remote.

Great product. Very glad to have found it. Was using a universal that worked ok after programming the code to the tv, but didn't have the additional features of the original. This one is great. Put batteries in & worked right away.
