Pricy, But Our Slow-Thriving Kitten Eats These Lil Soups Like a Champ
We have a slow thriving kitten who just can't get the hang of hard kitten food and doesn't care for soft food. These lil soups bowls of creamy broth and bits of meat are saving her lil life. She is thriving and loves these single serve meals.

My cats' all-time favorite wet food
All three of my cats love Lil' Soups! According to them, it is the best wet food out there. I've bought a variety of different brands over the years, and for most of them, the cats will just lick the gravy off and leave the solids behind. They don't eat the pate version of wet foods. But with Lil' Soups, they actually finish the entire container in one sitting, solids included. It seems like the perfect balance of gravy and chunks for them. Even the cat that generally prefers dry food seems excited to have her Lil' Soup every morning. The only drawback is that this product seems to keep going out of stock! So, half the time I have to choose a substitute in my Subscribe & Save order from Amazon. It is even difficult to obtain from other online retailers in the 30- or 18-unit multi-pack size. I sure hope that it isn't discontinued, though, because all three of my cats would be very sad if it was...

Beware...
One day a few months ago, I was a naive cat owner just scrolling on Tik Tok watching cat videos. I saw a short video series of someone giving their cat lil soups, one daily. They had a tradition of the owner shaking the soup and the cat meowing and purring until the owner opened the soup and the cat happily and noisily lapped up the broth. I decided after watching this to get a box for my cat to try out! At first she was hesitant but soon got used to the tradition of me coming home, shaking the lil soup, her meowing in response, then eating the soup. Not so slowly but definitely surely, she wanted more and more. The begged for soups even after her kibble. She would fool me and my wife into thinking the other didn't feed her so we would give her 2 soups a day. Now due to the quarantine and our cat getting older, we adopted a kitten and let their bonding be over eating their own lil soups, from a distance then slowly getting closer. Fast forward 2 weeks and now they are both co-conspirators in their ploy to get as many lil soups a day. They follow me into every room, meowing, rubbing on my legs. I can't go onto my own kitchen without them assuming it's to get them lil soups. We are now going through 4 a day, trying to cut back but I fear our cats will plan an attack against us...Yes, they love lil soups but at what cost?

Expensive but Worth It
I have a formerly feral cat who is very shy and who also occasionally refuses to eat. She and my other two cats get wet food once a day, but about 25% of the time, she'd walk away without even looking at it, and the rest of the time she'd just lap up the gravy and then leave.Enter Lil' Soups! She ADORES them. She eats every single day now. There are only two flavors, so I alternate each day. It's basically a thick, creamy gravy with some teeny, tiny shreds of either tuna or salmon, perhaps 1/2 a tsp? She leaves those little slivers of fish and my other cat comes along later and finishes them.Warning: This is the stinkiest cat food I have EVER smelled. I liken it to 3-day old roadkill, just FOUL. I dump it into a saucer and then run, seriously. BUT - well worth it, because my girl loves it!I took off one star because it's hideously expensive, given the tiny portion size. They come to just short of a buck apiece, and I haven't found it anywhere for less.

She likes it, hey Becky!
I rescued my cat when she was about a year old. She was living on the street and eating who knows what. When I brought her home I wanted to feed her something good for her. I tried Blue Buffalo, Fresh Pet, Jams, Purina One, You name it...she wouldnt eat Any of it. Dry or wet. Finally I chose Purina One for her and said if shes hungry enough she will eat it.I came across these Lil soups and thought why not...Ive never seen her eat so fast in her life ! Not only that, they are the only thing she looks forward to. More than treats even! As soon as my alarm for work goes off, Becky is screaming , well meowing demandingly in my face until I get up and give her her Lil soup breakfast. I do only feed her two a day, but I leave her bowl of dry food out for her to eat when she gets hungry. She looks kinda fat, are the Lil soups fattening ? Not that it matters, not a chance she will allow me to not keep her stash full.!!

Can't get enough of these
My cat absolutely adores and craves these. It's crazy. He actually starts drooling when it's time to eat... at least, he's licking his chops a whole lot, just like my grandma did 5 minutes before Sunday dinner. He absolutely loves the tuna and salmon ones, but for some reason will not touch the butternut squash ones any more, though that was the first flavor he tried. These don't smell great - they're seafood after all - but they're also gone in like 2 minutes flat (I don't think he stops to breathe) so it's not like they'll stink up the house. My cat expresses his catness most in his food preferences, so he doesn't eat the chunks of food and just licks the soup. But even the little bits of food don't stink too bad.Be careful, though... once I started giving him these, he started crying for food, like, the whole day. I actually had to train him that he was only going to get fed after I played a certain sound on my phone, and never when he cried (think the opposite of Pavlov's dogs). That took a while and there were days when I wondered if they made cat meow collars, like dog bark collars..... but he eventually figured it out. Just be aware that this might awaken the little crack addict in your cat too.

My cat loves these soups. They’re hard to find. The box arrived on time and I now have a decent supply.
