Hynes Victory Ostrich Top Handle Handbag

The opening is pretty small so it makes getting things in and out of the purse somewhat irritating. I switch my purses a lot and something tells me this won't be one of my favorites. However, the exterior is beautiful! I was hoping for more of a drop from the top of the handle to the purse so please note that if want/need a shoulder bag, this isn't it.

UPDATE: After posting my first review, this company contacted me and offered to replace my purse. My new one just arrived and everything seems to be going well with it. I'm really pleased by the level of customer service and would order from them again.It's actually a really cute purse and I got a lot of compliments on it but after only three months of use, the straps completely tore away from the purse. I wasn't really holding anything that heavy in it. Pretty disappointed in the quality - I've bought $30 purses from Target that have lasted me years.

I have been anxiously waiting for this handbag, and it was well worth the wait! I love this bag...I wanted a red handbag and the color is beautiful! It is very well made the handles are solid and well attached and what a deal, it's every bit as attractive and well made as my more expensive Michael Kors and Dooney and Bourke! I have to get more colors...

Beautiful purse for a great price. I own the black and grey version and purchased the red one for my MIL after she fell in love with mine. She could not believe that the price was so low when the purse looked like it cost so much more. Will definitely keep purchasing from Hynes in the future.

I have used this handbag every day for a year and a half. The stitching on the straps is beginning to fall apart, but a year and a half is great for the price I paid for it.

mental note - anything like a high-price bag, think twice. The red bag I thought I wanted turned out to be incredibly stiff, it smelled like turpentine and looked so fake with the plastic leatherette stuff that I had to air it outside - - Unless it's a bargain of sorts, it's a very bad cheap looking purse and I'll toss it into the garbage bin. Is it just me? Am I the customer you didnt expect? Im sending some of the defective handbag pieces - what is going on at Amazon? This is like the 3rd or 4th time Ive had issues with Amazon's quality assurance - Im not seeing that at this point - Im just so tired of having to constantly clean up after the tech people - I dont want to just erase you from my contacts list but this business of trying to get what I need or want - this should be a complete no - brainer...Im sending it back with no hope of a refund - just remember - there's other websites who would want me as a customer - maybe its just that - maybe its not.

This a great purse. Spacious and the quality is top notch! I love the color and get compliments on it all the time.

This is such a beautiful handbag. The opening is not exceptionally wide, but I rather like that. My things will not fall out so easily. It's bigger than I expected, which is a plus.
