I like that they can be recharged in the cooler. I also liked that the company was right on it with response to a issue I had with a leaky cell. They sent me replacements plus extras. The cooling effect lasted me a little over an hour in 96 degree heat riding a horse. Great item.

The vest came with only 3 ice packs. I called and asked for a replacement item and it too came with only 3 ice packs. I used the vest with three ice packs while waiting on the replacement and it only cooled for about 30 minutes with the temperature outside at about 98 degrees. At that point the ice packs were warm. it takes several hours to charge the ice packs in a refrigerator. I would not recommend this product or this seller.

The quality OK zippers OK I’m out in 90° weather at a festival and it’s lasted me approximately an hour and a half before it’s no longer cool at all. The packs were frozen overnight in a deep freezer. And it’s between two ahirts that should extend it usability.

The vest works. About an hour before it is melted. The most annoying thing is the glued on velcro they used on the ice packs. It was a mess of sticky velcro that was stuck to every surface EXCEPT the ice pack. Without it, the ice packs bunches up in the bottom of the vest. To pull them off and reposition isn't really an option because they are matted together by the glue. Get the vest and you will see what I mean. I would not buy again. Look for a better made vest.

Good quality adjustable works great highly recommend

My dad bought a vest from My cooling vest for the same price as this one and the cooling packs are more than twice as filled and well made. I’m not going to return it being I’ve been using my dads packs with this vest. The Velcro was coming off the packs when I was unboxing. By the second use they were all missing. Two squares have already busted just doing yard work. It’s about a month old and that’s with me using other cool packs. I like the vest but the expensive is the packs and they are subpar to say the least.

The ice packs last barely an hour, which is not enough for long times outside in hot weather. The velcro stickers don't stay on the packs after the first use. Cooling effect is not strong enough.

The concept is great, the follow through didn't deliver for me personally

My husband has MS and this vest helps him get through the summer. It works great. Wish it came with 8 ice packs for quick switching.

The ice packs leaked causing severe damage to clothing and furniture.
