Adjustable Heel Lift, Small (Pack of 2)

Recommended by physical therapist to resolve gait issue due to half-inch difference in leg length. It worked and makes walking more comfortable. Most sneakers have removable insoles, so for a smoother feel and to keep the lift clean, insert it under the insole. I like that the lifts are made of natural materials instead of synthetics, although the leather and rubber have an distinctive "cobbler shop" smell that lessens over time.The lifts fit either left or right shoes. The small size fits the contour of the heel area in my regular width women's shoes better than the medium size. I've bought two 2-packs so far and plan to get more. I've used them in Kizik, Saucony, and Newton trainers. I have not used them in other types of shoes because I wear sneakers most of the time.

They are working just fine

I bought these for a relative at the recommendation of a doctor. So far, the family member has said that it feels so much better. The only complaint is that they aren’t the prettiest when on sandals.

I highly recommend thess heel lifts if you need height on one leg. Makes walking more comfortable. I would buy for all my shoes but don't have the extra $s too.

Oddly, the Amazon write-up says the material is Foam. It is not. These are the firmer Rubber I need. Amazon needs to fix the product info page as I clicked on the Report misinformation link and got no where at all.This lift holds its lift very well, unlike the foam lifts, which are too soft for me.

My son wears a size 4 1/2 shoe and needed these for Severs Disease. The physical therapist gave us a medium which seemed to be too big and curled up on edges and layers started to come apart from the right fit. So I ordered a small from Amazon and it was so narrow it won’t even stay in place. The difference between a small and medium is crazy different. Even though the size chart says he should be a small they don’t work as they slide forward and the medium is too tight rolling up on sides and is falling apart. Will probably go with a different brand. But the general idea of the heel lifts does seem to work.
