After the same very severe impact, I equally iced both sides during first two hours and thereafter equally elevated both sides. Three days later Amazon Prime delivered Sunfood Old Fashioned Peppermint Liniment, I used this liniment topically on right side and nothing on left side. (My vacation was wrecked anyhow, so why not experiment?) I ordered a spare bottle to have in case of future accident. Never did get pump on bottle cap to work (even after online tutorials).P.S. AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW ON THE LINIMENT AND ORDERING & RECEIVING SPARE BOTTLE, I GOT A 3RD PACKAGE FROM SUNFOOD-MARKETING, CONTAINING A COMPLIMENTARY LINIMENT SET & A SPARE PUMP CAP--BOTH CAPS WORK. I AM AMAZED AND APPRECIATIVE.

Good ingredient list, smells great. Not sure about the effectiveness. I would use it more often if the pump worked. Only way to get the product out is by unscrewing the cap and wiping the lotion off of the pump hose. This is frustrating, time consuming, unsanitary, and exposes the product to light and air. Why package with a defective pump? This company seems to have a consistent problem with this type of nonfunctioning pump.

I love this stuff, and personally mix it with Heiltropfen brand DMSO.

And now, I have it for at home relief, too. This really works to relive my aches and pains from running around all day, in an older model body. It works while I sleep, and I can get out of bed, pain-free. Love it.
