Sharp edges that could cut you, flimsy, can't return even though it's on Prime
I saw some bad reviews but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. It is indeed very flimsy and thin. The worst part though is that there are some very very very sharp edges on the reamer component. We would normally handle the juicer when wet either to wash or to juice and I worry that the combo of sharp edges and wet smooth surface would cause a bad cut. I love shopping on Amazon because there is an opportunity to return something if it is not what was expected but in this case I just wasted money because I can't return it, even if it was a Prime item.

Useless.
Upon opening the box and seeing the quality, we wanted to return it immediately. Guess what... you can't. "This item isn't eligible for return." So we gave it a try. As expected, it's terrible. It's a cheaply made, clunky thing with sharp edges. The "crown", where some sharpness would be welcome, has rounded edges, so it doesn't break up the pulp, unless you really "mangle" the lemon around it. The juice doesn't flow trough the holes in the tray, unless you "help it". When it finally does, you can barely pour the juice out because the spout is too small.Couldn't think of any alternate use for this thing, so we trashed it 30 minutes after opening it. Save your 10 bucks.

Sharp Edges. Safety Concerns. Not user friendly
I can't recommend this product to others. The highlight is that it is stainless steel and does hold up well to general wear. However the design isn't great and overall the juicer feels like an unfinished product.I've already sliced my finger pretty bad using this, as the handles and edges are SHARP. I'm not sure why they left it this way in production. It doesn't help that there is no safe or easy way to hold the juicer while you're juicing. You're forced to either grab the side of the bowl with your hand and wrap your hand around it best you can to secure it while you press down and juice, or hold it by the small, thin, sharp side handles which slip easily in your grip. I would not recommend holding it this way because you will eventually cut yourself. The bowl size is plenty, the top strainer is easy to clean and allows juice to flow down easily, and the juicer is easy to clean and store. However, for the important negative reasons above, I would not buy this again and would not recommend it to another. The product would improve greatly with some kind of rubber handles which are larger and easier to hold, and a more mindful approach to smoothing the sharp edges and making it more user friendly and safe.

Juice didn't go through
I just didn't like this one. The juice was stuck on top and the only thing that went through the holes was a watery pale liquid. Same oranges using the glass one and it was wonderful pulpy bright orange juice. Had to pick out the seeds, but they float, so not a problem. It came quickly, it seemed smaller than I had pictured, and I just didn't like that it allowed absolutely no pulp and Ihad to PUSH the juice through the holes with a spoon. mediocre, and I would not recommend it. It is fairly sturdy, although you could cut yourself if you were not careful, it was easy to use, it just required the extra push through the holes. I gave it to a friend to use. Let's see how she likes it.

It’s inexpensive and works fine
I got this juicer primarily for oranges and grapefruits. It it barely big enough for oranges and is okay for grapefruits, although it is really much too small to work efficiently. I got this juicer because a glass model I bought and returned was too small for even oranges, but it worked well for limes and lemons. The stainless steel on this model is thin but is sturdy enough for the job and will last a long time. The holes in the pulp strainer clog quickly but can be easily cleared. What sets this juicer apart is that it does a reasonably good job, will last a long time, requires minimal care, and is inexpensive. That’s basically what I was looking for, so it gets five stars. I you are squeezing lots of citrus fruits and don’t care how much you spend, how much space you sacrifice, and how much effort you expend in maintenance, I recommend getting a big, expensive, high-quality press. That wasn’t what I needed or wanted.

Juice won't strain into the holes
Really frustrated - this product has the juice pooling over the holes, and they won't go through. I trried to return it and this seller doesn't accept returns. Don't waste your time on this product.

Good product!
We bought this juicer because I broke absolutely all the plastic that we had. I don’t know how it happens, probably I’m the Hulk, but I’m very glad that we found a stainless steel juicer! This is a great option for someone like me who is using too much power. In one of the reviews, I read that the edges are very sharp. This is true, some touches feel very tangible and cause anxiety. However, the edges are not as sharp as a knife, so in the end you will find a hand position that is comfortable and not too much pressure. It is also very good that the bowl is stainless steel too. In the picture it seemed to me that it was plastic, in that case I would definitely break it. On both sides of the bowl there are spouts for neat transfer of juice. The sieve is designed so that only juice gets into the bowl, and all the pulp remains on top. I am not very happy with this because the pulp retains a lot of juice but in general it is easy to pick up with your fingers. But this is probably a great function for those who don't like pulp in juice.
