As a follicly challenged man, I have no idea what this is even for. The missus asked me to buy it and she seems happy enough with it.

Hair strength and thickener
Started using this for the last 3mths. It seems to be working so far and I love that the bottle makes it easier to apply to the scalp. My hairdresser noted the increased strength and length of my hair so I keep going. Also smells great! Look out for its other, Full Lengths Density Elixir.

It's great, but not for what you think
So, does this product reverse alopecia or hair loss? No. Does it soothe your scalp (especially if you suffer from chemical burns)? Yes. Does it make the hair at the root thicker and healthier? Yes. Nothing will fix alopecia or hair loss related to hair abuse, but it soothes my itchy sensitive burning scalp and has strengthened the roots that are already present. Is it perfect? No. Is it the best direct-to-scalp product I have tried? Absolutely!

I think is really working!!!
I couldn't believe it how little hair is falling everyday after using it for at least 2 weeks!!It's probably working well but I still need it to give a few more weeks to see the real difference.The one down side is that it's drying out really slowly that's it.
