I'm 5'4", thighs 24" at their widest part, but i want these to come up almost all the way to my butt. should i go for size c or will that be too big?

What if it does slip down? what am i doing wrong? i went based off my weight and got size d so i don’t think that’s the issue. no roll, just slip down

Does C actually fit 28" thighs?

I'm only 5'0" but I weigh 250 lbs. Legs are fairly short but my thighs are about 29' - 30'. What size would you suggest?
