GEAR4 Oxford Folio Designed for Samsung Galaxy S10 Case, Advanced Impact Protection by D3O, Booklet Case – Black

Two years ago when I got my Samsung Galaxy S8 this is the case I bought. My S8 looks like I just took it out of the box and the case is still in excellent condition. Now I've bought a Samsung Galaxy S10 this was my only choice. To those who complained that it was too tight there is a knack to getting it into the case, push the bottom of the phone in first then it is (in my experience) easy to push the top into the case. If they still make these cases in two years, I'll probably chose it for my S12.

So this first thing I found difficult about this case was actually fitting it to the phone - I felt like I was going to break it just getting in fully on, so it's not going to be easy to get off, which I first thought was great - it's going to protect the phone - until I've seen so much dust/dirt has already gone under the case and I'm going to need to get it off to clean it! Also the idea of the clear case is to see the phone - but the case scratches really easy and mine is now covered in scrape so the case is no longer so translucent.....I feel like if dropped it will do the job but for the price I would like something a little better.

The media could not be loaded.  Refused replacement even if pictures and videos provided.. Had issues with closing my case.... Poor quality ang poor service .. Waste of money... I want replacement or at least my £37 back....

I really like this case. It wraps around all the edges and feels comfortable. I bought it because I broke the back glass of my phone but dont want to replace this as I'm waiting for my upgrade. I have dropped my phone several times since I bought it and it seems to have stopped any further damage. It also feels relatively light considering how sturdy it is. Would definitely buy again

I can't vouch for the sturdiness having thankfully not had to test its protection capabilities yet but it seems reasonably robust.What I can talk about it the fact that the back panel is flaking off tiny bits of plastic after less than 2 weeks of use. I thought bits were getting stuck on it at first but have realised that a layer of veneer is coming away.The back is also incredibly slippery providing basically no grip so it will just slide off things. The sides are fine to grip but also feel cheap and plasticky.The buttons also feel a bit cheap.So far fine but a bit disappointed, I won't be buying from them again, but hopefully it's strong enough to protect my phone until it wears away too much more and I need a new case.

It does fit and seems sturdy enough but the screen is still very much exposed and I was under the impression it slightly protrudes so if the phone fell the screen would still be protected by raised edges. Sadly not. It does the job but wish it had raised edges on the front aspect.

This clear case might protect the phone from drops etc, which it would have to do, it's like trying to hold on to an icicle!Having said that, all the ports are in the right place and it fits well, just completely the wrong finish to the product!Unfit for purpose as I don't feel like I can carry the phone without dropping it.

Doesn't like. The case is super protective - if I had to drop my phone it would preferably be encased with this . But - I have two S10s and on one you can no longer feel the buttons click when pressed, this is very disappointing. On the other one you can feel the buttons click, so my experience is it is 50:50 chance.
