Seller will send you a PDF detailing where to go. First link worked, went to Microsoft 365, put in code, then detected 64 bit office installation and told me I needed to download 64 bit Visio. Clicked OK, and Viola, it was working in about 5 minutes from the time of download. Need to download other Visio Shapes, Like network appliances and stencils, as you won't get the new stuff automagically unless you have a Subscription based Visio. But I don't need most of that junk, just something that works on my machine without headaches of a web client.

Received the product key within a couple of hours thru email. Followed provided link to Microsoft and downloaded the program. Entered key and the program works great. Once you learn how to use Visio, it is a very versatile drawing program. I has a very good Help menu with a lot of videos showing how to use the features. Very satisfied with the price, promptness, and ease of install for this software.

Got an email within a day of purchase. Product key worked; download worked; Visio is on my computer. If you have access to a previous Visio install, you can find the Shapes library at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Visio11\1033. I haven't tried copying them. I almost always use my own shapes library. I've been using Visio for engineering notes and brainstorming since the Windows 3.1 days. It's incredibly useful.

I have used Visio for many years as a user friendly alternative to full featured CAD software like AutoCAD and Bentley. It is really functional in the Pro version, and I am very pleased with this purchase of the MS Visio Pro 2019 version of the software. I did expect a CD or jump drive in the mail, but nothing every showed up. Nevertheless, the download and product key worked exactly as advertised and as expected. Download was quick and easy on high-speed broadband, as was the executable, launch and initial boot. Works great and opens all legacy drawings.

I am very impressed with how easy it was to work with Copper Marts on this order. My use of "Amazon Seller Messaging" not so much. Anyway, Copper Marts did a great job of making sure I had the information needed to install a Microsoft product and was able to make my installation process work smoothly. Download instructions and license key arrived by Amazon message a few hours after the purchase was done. Download key is to a 32-bit install of Visio, but it automatically switched to the 64-bit install to match previously installed Office365 components. The provided License key lets Visio run, but Visio does not appear in my Microsoft account, which I assume to mean that this is a one-time install.

I was a little skeptical as far as price (unbelievable deal) and how this purchase would go down but I have to say it worked like a charm. No issues and I downloaded genuine software from Microsoft and it is working flawlessly. Will use them again.
