Q: Is the arch support firm? I have a fallen arch and need support in my arches. Want to use these for belly dance.

I would say no only because the shoe is open over the arch with no side support.

Q: Can these be worn for every day shoes, outside? I have knee issues and still need a low heel seems like dance shoes like these would be great.

They have suede bottoms for sliding on dance floors. They would probably wear out or not be secure to walk in. The fastening system is a hook not a buckle and could also loosen on you and make it unsafe for someone with a truck knee. I returned mine because my arches are low and I didn’t feel secure in them. No fault of the shoes.
