Overall, this watch is well made, and well designed.Nice functional brass-like hinges, which creates a smooth opening action.But there are a mini issues. The closing latch is very tight, which is good for a solid close for a lid. But because the closing latch is so tight, it is difficult to open up the watch box.Secondly, and the care instructions alluded to this- there is a weird glue smell inside that they say will go away after several days. What causes that smell anyways?But despite these minor issues, it is a nice watch box. A looser closing hinge and getting rid of the glue smell would be my only suggestions of improvement.

Got this for my hubby as he recently gained an interest in watches. He currently has only 2 so I wanted to get this because it was compact, and nicely displayed his watches without having a huge bulky one with waaayy more empty spaces than he currently needs..... unfortunately this did not come with a little drawer for cufflinks or knik-knaks like the 20 watch case did... and since it was a gift for him, we returned this for the huge bulky one with waaayy more empty spaces than he currently needs...

Love how it looks, it’s just a little difficult to open, I have to get the right angle on it and my husband has started leaving his watches on the dresser again because it’s hard for his bigger fingers to open it. However if you can find an easier way to open it, it’s perfect!

So far I really like this product. It seems well made and the hinge system works well.

It’s a lovely box! Looks great on display. One of the questions asks if it’s easy to lock, it does not have a lock it has a latch. Great gift!

Nicely made watch box for storing my watches. It has a smooth black finish and a nice gold colored clasp to close it.
