So delicious.
These are packed with nutrition and not packed with a bunch of weird chemicals. There's a tiny bit of sugar in the sauce but that's OK better than other brands with weird preservatives. I prefer the skinless sardines, just a personal preference. These are still firm and simply delicious right out of the can. I love having these on the shelf! yum. I want a tin of them right now!

Very good and good value
These are "imitation" baby eels from Spain; the real ones cost a small fortune if you can even find them, but it is honestly hard to tell the difference. This is a very popular brand in Spain. They are packed in good quality olive oil with a red pepper, actually quite mild. They can be eaten as they are, preferrably with a wooden fork or toothpick, or a fantastic Spanish recipe: on a piece of hake (merluza), simply pan fried in a little oil. Delicious!

More oil than anything.
Good spice and flavor but excessive oil.

Oily eel product
Not delicious and simply oily. Don’t expect anything for this one. No taste or aroma at all. Just feeling of oily and very tiny amount after pouring out the oil from the can. If you are not super fan of baby eel food, not recommended. Just one time experience with one can should be enough for your entire life, honestly

Tender and spicy, but tastes like noodles
I was very disappointed to discover that these were in a spicy oil, as this almost completely disguised the taste of the eel. I ate these directly out of the can, and they were fairly good I think. I've never had baby eels before, so I don't really have any point of comparison. To me they tasted just like a cool, slightly al dente noodle. That's it.I can't say I recommend them like I had them, maybe they are much better when cooked or added to sushi. I will seek out baby eel elsewhere and see how that tastes instead.

Not quite the unagi flavour I was expecting, but still nice.
I honestly wasn't sure what to expect from a can of small eels but was pleasantly surprised. There was a bit of a spicy kick to them, but not overbearing. Kinda reminded me of a cross between gator and frog, flavour-wise.Protip: open it over the sink or a bowl or something. The oil kinda got everywhere while I was fiddling with the lid to get it open. Regardless, tasted great. 10/10 would eel again.

It's not a pack of 12
Before you buy, know that the description is misleading. The skinless/boneless sardines only come as 1 can, not 12. The product is good though. They just need to remove the"pack of 12" from the description.
