Great product, has helped my sleep. No longer get the anxiety response in my body at night when I wake up and misc thoughts take over. Has made it much easier to fall back asleep

This has been in my daily regimen for about a year now. I am a fitness competitor and also have a high level stress job. When in a high stress environment it can be tricky to loose the weight, this product has been instrumental to achieving my fitness goals! I take 2-4 capsules at night depending on how I’m feeling.

I dont think this helped me at all. I gained weight, was bloated, and had horrible diarrhea from it. I was told by the company it could be the magnesium in it and my body should get used to it, but I honestly felt worse taking it.

Looking for something to help w/ sleep and stress and this hit the mark. Have been on it for a week, 1 before bed and I am definitely getting more restful sleep. Have also started tightening up the diet a bit to realize some of those benefits as well.

Being someone that's used a prescription level of this type of product. I was very satisfied. The man behind this company has many many years of cutting edge research and development that goes into his products. I highly suggest this and absolutely any other product they have created and any that he has been involved in creating or cultivating.

A good product but does cause a lot of stomach discomfort from the main ingredient and for you to go to the restroom quite often
