Superb bit of kit.
These baking tins may be a tad expensive but boy are they nice. Very, very easy to clean, even after a roast they only need a quick hot wash. Nothing sticks to them, I have used the smaller one to make toad in the hole which normally sticks like mad but it just slid out of the pan. Buy them, you wont regret it, I have a feeling these tins will outlast me!

At last a roasting tin that'll last
I keep buying roasting tins from supermarkets, usually at Christmas time and generally they don't last long. Finally pushed the boat out and bought these. Not cheap but vet good. Clean up a treat and so far still look like new.

poor heat transfer
brill at cleaning, durability, and sturdiness but limited to the amount of heat 220degrees and tranfer of heat through the tray poor
