Good little cross stand which fits perfectly across a Trangia spirit burner. The craftsmanship is excellent.A good buy if you want the smallest of cooking systems, but limited in my view in its usefulness. This is not limited to this make or supplier but in this design of cross stand generally.You a windshield with this setup to get the best from it..The main downside of this minimalist setup is getting the cross stand off the burner to allow the burner to be extinguished .The cross stand got really hot (red hot in places) and does not easily lift away from the burner. It is very easy to tilt the burner trying to remove the cross stand.Blowing the burner out is a dangerous option. I eventually just let the meths burn out.The learning is to just fill the burner with as much fuel as you need to do the job. That's trial and error.With use this setup is really for boiling water. Given its very small footprint I cannot see me cooking a meal on it but I'm sure better campers than me have done it.In most videos on YouTube its people making coffee/noodles/ and if that's all you want it certainly is a minimalist setup.

It's well designed. Very light. Takes up zero room.As it sits on the top of the burner you need to ensure it is on a level surface. When you put a pan or a kettle on top of it, it becomes top heavy and likely to topple over. Common sense is required. Good little piece of kit for travelling light.

Like lightweight, will fit in with 27 series kit. I can now use different pots on the burner.

Bit of a close fit for sliding together and taking apart when hot but good product for the price.

Nice little stand just the job nothing fancy

Used on trangia. It fits well and does a job. Without it I could not boil or cook. It can be slightly difficult to assemble and disassemble it as it is very tight. Takes second or two, not a big deal just it’s the way it is. You have to prime trangia without this stand on otherwise trangia flame will not burn. Only put stand with pot/pan on top of trangia when it’s burning well yellow flame. In my opinion it’s a bargain, but also I like to experiment with stands and will look for different options.

There is a lot to like about this little thing! It's a good help if you want to dash out just for a quick afternoon or you need more than one pot on the fire with a little group!! It's very stable on the burner, but: it's very good with Trangia like burner, not so with Tatonka (stainless steel burner or similar)!!! It will not fit on them! Nevertheless, no product like this will fit on them! Again, this little thing is a good quality little helper!
