100% Cotton Baby Sleeping Bag or Sack, 1 Tog Summer Model Model with Animal Pattern (Medium (10-24 mos))

We bought this because our house is really hot during the day in the summer, but cools down really fast at night. However, bedtime is before it cools down! I needed a way to keep my son warm at night while not roasting him before the house cooled down. This is perfect! I would just put it on him unzipped so his legs could be bare when he went to bed, and when I went to bed, I would just zip it up the rest of the way! So much safer than if I had covered him with a blanket. It's very soft on the inside and good quality.

This sleep sack is ok but just a few minor changes would make it better. Where it buttons at the shoulder -the fabric is so wide, it rubs up against my son's face. Not a big deal but if it was a little narrower, it'd be better. I have a woolen sleep sack and it's narrower at the shoulder - buttons are closer together. Also, it would be nice to have a second zipper at the bottom of the sleep sack in addition to the one on the side for diaper changes. Also for when the temperature may be a little warmer at the beginning of the night. The woolino I have has a second zipper and it's much more convenient and I'm also able to unzip the bottom when it's warmer like I said. But overall, this is a nice sleep sack. The inside is a soft cotton material and the outer layer is a different material - not as soft or nice but it's ok since it is not touching the baby.

If you’re used to Halo, this is a little different. The zipper is on the side. It snaps over the shoulders and under the arms. Though you do not have to use the snap under the arms. The pattern is cute and gender neutral. This is two thin pieces of cotton put together. It appears to be an equivalent weight to the Halo cotton bag. It is more fitted across the chest than I am used to, and that is why I deducted a star. My son loved it immediately when we tried it on. The change in fit and style didn’t bother him. I bought this because my son had outgrown the Halo XL but wasn’t staying under a blanket yet. The size is great. He is in a 24 months clothes. I would recommend this if you need something bigger than a Halo XL.

This wearable blanket is perfect for hot, muggy summer weather in the Midwest. It is very lightweight and I have different brands/styles for cooler nights, but this is great for warm weather. I put my son in either a light onesie or short sleeve jammies underneath. My 18 month-old is quite tall (99%) but very lean and he fits well in the 22mos-3T size. It is very long but that is the style with most wearable blankets and I've used them for birth-3 with two kids now so I'm used to that. It is nice that the armholes have an extra snap underneath so you can kind of adjust the size as needed as baby grows. I find the combination of snaps and zippers a little more complicated than some other brands but it works fine. My son loved the pictures of the animals and he is very happy to snuggle in at bedtime.

The product is great, large enough for growth and good quality. However my experience of the order was not smooth. I ordered the safari print and received the sea creatures print. I placed another order and still received the wrong print. I was so frustrated. Then I happened to see a review under the same product of sea creatures print saying that the customer received the wrong print of safari instead. I seriously think the seller labeled all products wrong in that whole batch. I then placed an order of sea creatures and finally received the safari print as I want!

I really like this bag. The material is quite soft inside and out. The pattern is really cute and the bags are well priced. I've tried other bags and wasn't happy. I also hate how (one brand anyway...) price gouges depending on the pattern. All the patterns for BIB seemed cute and all cost the same. The shoulder snaps with the side zip are awesome, much better than a front zip that rides up into your baby's neck. The snaps and zipper are both good quality and since the zipper is on the side you just zip and go you don't need to fiddle with threading the zipper. I just ordered another one in the western print and its great. I've washed and dryer dried this one twice and it washes well. I am definitely sticking with this brand!

This is my first review on Amazon, but I am compelled by how much I love this sleeping bag for my toddler as we have bought many over the years. I wish we had bought this for him earlier, but he has been able to use it for more than a year already -- it's been washed at least 50x and worn 14 hours a day and it still looks good as new. The "blanket' is basically two pieces of high-quality cotton which works for us because in the summer it's perfect with cotton PJs and in the winter with flannel or heavier PJs. I am really impressed with the quality of this product and it's one of the only products on the market for super, super tall toddlers (mine is 2 and almost 3.5 feet tall! and he still has a few inches left in the sleep sack). Also, super-cute and gender-neutral!

Really like this sleep sack! My baby was chewing on the zipper that goes up the front of most sleep sacks, causing her gums to bleed. So we switched to this one! Easy to take on and off. I’d it’s say a medium warmth. Not thin, but not too thick either. I usually just put my baby in a onesie and socks and it’s winter right now.

The buttons in the armholes have to be kept closed as child would otherwise end up sleeping on the hard button stud. This makes the armhole and chest area very tight.
