These things are so sturdy and strong!!!! They actually hold my phone better than the DeWalt magnet vent holder!!! Buy it !!!! For sure

I first started using magnet mounts in our car like these years ago and love how they sit flush with the dash as that adds a little to their adhesion. Our dash has a slight incline so when the mounts are not stationary our phones tend to tilt and slump, especially in the heat (I live in GA). Being stationary, these do not have that issue, and the adhesive on the back is the gummy super sticky kind that I love as it holds tight and doesn't dry out. I will order these again if needed and recommend to anyone who needs them.

I like the low profile feature, perfect for my car. The magnet is not strong so added the second, smaller round magnet on top of first large magnetic. Now it stays in place, but still feels like a rather weak connection. However - phone has not fallen since I added second magnet. Am keeping this system.

Not incredibly strong, but enough for me to magnetically mount my sunglass case on the glass with out it falling off.

Update 10-18-2023:================Even with my improvised method of getting the plate to stick to the phone, the phone would not stay mounted. Falling was far less frequent, lasting 2 to 3 weeks instead of a few hours, but since my initial review, it has fallen off several times, leaving the plate attached to the magnet instead of the phone. So here I am, reducing the rating from 2 stars to 1. As a side note, it was not possible to simply pull the magnet off of the fridge - I had to use a putty knife to slip under it and pry it off. On the upside there was no damage to the fridge surface as a result of this.Original Review:=============I purchased this to mount an old phone on my refrigerator, so I could use it as a small tablet in the kitchen. After cleaning and installing the plate on the phone, and the magnet on the fridge, then waiting the recommended 12 hours, all looked good. Until a couple of hours later when I walked into the kitchen and found the phone laying on the floor. The metal plate that I had attached to the phone was still on the magnet - the adhesive on the plate was unable to stay attached to the phone. This was using a rectangular plate which has more surface area than the round ones. Noting that the back of the phone is slightly curved and a little porous for a non-slip grip, I thought perhaps the smaller round plate, requiring less surface contact, might adhere better. Again, all looked good at first, but a couple of hours later, I again found the phone on the floor and the plate stuck to the magnet and not to the phone.I think I've found a solution (thus 2 stars instead of 1)... the product comes with spare 3M adhesive pads which are used on the magnets to adhere them to the mount surface (fridge in my case). These are double-sided, with the 3M label on one side and clear protection on the other. The 3M label side offers stronger adhesive than a different adhesive used on the plates to attach to the phone. So I placed one of these between the phone and the plate, with the 3M label side attached to the phone and the clear adhesive side attached to the adhesive side of the metal plate. So far this is working. It's been 16+ hours since I last mounted the phone, and it is still where I left it. If in the near future I find the phone on the floor again, I'll be back to downgrade my rating. Hopefully that won't be needed!

They only work if you stick one of the provided metal plates on your phone. It does not work with the iPhone magnet system. Other than that they seem pretty good.

I saw some reviews about the magnet on these not being strong. Not the case with me. I have a heavy iphone (14 pro max plus a heavy duty case) and this magnet sticks to it like glue. I am impressed and very happy with the quality

I had previously received a phone car mounting set by this company, Salex, and the magnets in the set continue to work really well. Hubby recently got a new work phone and he couldn't remove the old magnets from his old phone because the adhesion was so good so we just bought another set of these Salex magnets for his new phone. He mounted two of these magnets on his new phone case and just sticks the phone right on the front metal window pillar in his work van. The magnets hold the phone tightly to the metal and there are no issues at all with the adhesion of the magnets on the phone case. We are both happy with the performance of this Salex brand of magnets and phone car mounting products.

Siguen como si fueran nuevos, eso si, soy de la idea que ya no valen lo que cuesta , pero si los comprar no te van a fallar!

This magnet is strong enough to hold your phone however if you have a cover u will need to put the plate on the cover which comes with the magnet

El imán es muy fuerte, el pegamento también, pega donde sea! Puse uno en mi auto y crei que con el calor se iba a caer pronto pero ahí sigue. Pegué otro sobre madera y también ahí sigue. Excelente compra y un buen regalo
