Great stuff, worked perfect!
My Emerald Catfish developed weird white blotches I couldn't identify (not ich and not cotton) and it was getting worse by the day and looked contagious as heck, I picked this treatment since it was gentle and could treat the whole tank, it cleared her up perfectly without harming anyone else in the tank. Most of my fish are super hardy but I worried about the various Catfish, Loaches, Malaysian Trumpet Snails but they all made it through fine! Smells like herbal minty medicine to me but a few other people complained that it stinks, but it definitely put a strain on the oxygen levels while the tank was being treated and the fish were clearly feeling the difference so I supplemented the O2 as I treated with bubbler bars and raised the filter outflow above the water line to churn the surface and the fish eased up. This does cause some foam at first but in my tank it wasn't a big deal and went away within an hour or two.

Very effective
I just love how this product works. I regularly use it as a preventive measure for new fish before they're added into the community aquarium and also once in a while just to ensure my Fish's tail and fin care. I've used it a couple of times to cure new fish and it works wonders.

I can't stand the smell but the product works well on sensitive fish
My nose does not like the strong plant smell of this product, but no one else in my family can smell it, so it is just me. I like the API products and this one works well. I use it when I introduce new fish to my tank just in case. Have not had any problems with it by following the directions. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the smell.

A must for any good aquarist's arsenal
This is my go to treatment for all of my aquariums. Medications can be dangerous to your tank, but Pimafix is all natural and it smells a bit like nutmeg. I have used this in conjunction with Melafix on nibbled and torn fins, and fungus. I ALWAYS dose my quarantine tank with this when I bring home new fish.

works great
i love this product along with the melafix. it's all natural stuff so it doesn't harm your fish! I have tried other treatments that turn your tank green and stain your ornaments, this doesn't do that at all. the only thing it does is kinda foam up your water for a bit and puts off a tea tree oil smell, but it's not bad.

Wonderful
Love these products, and are always good to have on hand ! I'm my experience it always works very well and I usually don't even have to use the full 7 days before the problem is gone.

Religious user of this product, natural and WORKS!
I use Pimafix and Melafix religiously together in my hospital tank whenever my fish fall ill with minor tail rot or mouth funk. It clears them up entirely in 2 weeks or less and I love that it's more natural than other treatments on the market.

Needs a warning label not for cichlids
I have a 120 gallon prized cichlid tank. As many of you know cichlids can be jerks sometimes picking on one another for no reason. My male jewel cichlid got beat up part of his tail gone his side fins and stomach was missing a few scales. He just wasn't healing. Looked infected so I thought I would try this. Also thought might be good to just dose the whole tank in case another fish needed it too, says safe for all marine fish, also says to give it to them everyday up to 7 days. I did the reccomended dosage with in an hour all of my fish were laying sideways on the bottom. My fish were fine before this. Water was perfect. WTH? I immediately did a 25% water change and most of the fish including my jewel was back to swimming around, but now I have 3 fish breathing hard and still laying at the bottom. These guys were absolutely healthy before. Hoping they are still there in the morning. My advice? Go with a different product. 😢
