This has the POOREST hanging hardware, and the hook is SO FLIMSY! I have been trying to hang this thing for about an hour now, and I give up. I'm buying some different hardware to try to salvage the frame but save yourself the tears and heartache. I can't get this frame to be remotely straight or flat against the wall. The hook bends so easily when I try to hang it, and I have to keep fruitlessly taking it down and readjusting it over and OVER and OVER again, and I'm SO DONE trying! This thing is garbage. It came with some strange push pin looking hardware to assist with hanging it but it looks a lot less sturdy than the sinker nails I used. I like the frame, but it is cheaply made and near impossible to hang straight with the supplied hook!

I opened the item and was amazed at how well packaged the frame was to protect it from damage. It also is a well designed/built frame. The corners are put together well. This frame beats any I have found at local stores. Often the corners of the ones I have found at local retail stores do not line up properly. This frame lines up properly and has great color. I ordered the red 11x14. In the future, I will be ordering frames from this company.

Wow! Outstanding! I am blown away and shocked at how spectacular this frame turned out! Someone finally figured out how to ship a frame properly for the first time in history! Please teach the craft stores who totally suck at shipping and handling of frames. The frame was exactly the color I needed. Arrived quick! Great Buy! Best Frame EVER and I am grateful! THANK YOU SO VERY VERY VERY MUCH! EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATIONS I COULD HAVE IMAGINED HAVING... WOWZERS! AMAZEBALLS TO THE WALL! FEARCE! A+ doesn't even begin to grade this transaction. Just in shock... really... TRUTH!

Decent, basic frame for the price. Solidly built. My only qualm is the hardware on the back that is used to hold the backing in place. They're basically metal clips the press down on then rotate to open or close. Not a huge deal but I've seen nicer hardware elsewhere. You have to be careful when rotating them or they will scratch your frame. Granted, they are on the back so no one would see a scratch anyways but it seems they could have had better fasteners without increasing the price.

This is a handsome, well-constructed frame. Glass, mat and frame are all of very good quality. The only issue I have is that the desktop stand bends back a bit too far. Not a problem if you're doing a wall mount but if using in desktop mode, it leans back too far. Would prefer the frame to position at a little more of an upright angle.

This frame was inexpensive and it looks like that. The wood is chipped about the edges in two places. The metal prongs in the back of the frame are flimsy and do not work well. It’s just ok. I would not order this again. You really do get what you pay for.

This frame worked great for a cross-stitch that my daughter did. Really liked the "three-prong hook" that was included (actually came with two). Three small nails go into the wall to hold the plastic hook. The hook stick out just right to catch the frame clasp.

I like these frames! They are sturdy and seem well made. Best of all, I like that the easel in the back tucks in flat with in the frame so that if you are hanging it on the wall it lays flat and not at an angle. I usually end up prying the easels of if I am hanging the picture but in this case it was a nice surprise that I didn't need to.
