I bought it thinking it was a 5-inch when in actuality it's 6 in. I explained to the seller that I needed a 5-inch and was told only comes in is 6 in I further explain to him that I'm on a wheelchair and on a fixed income he told me I can keep it instead of having to mail it back would save me a lot of time and aggravation!

Exactly as described. Took some engineering and modifications for my portable air conditioner but worker great at end of project.

Did the job but needs installation around the sides has gaps on the sides so I had to tape up

there is a crack in one place, the rail is bent, and one of edges are broken. I strongly request a refund.

Great product and seller

I was given a portable AC unit from a friend, but it was missing the window bracket. This fit the bill. It expands and contracts to fit whatever size window. If your window is super small, you may need to cut one side of it, but I didn't have to do that with mine. The shipping was horrible. I ordered this thing over a month ago, and just got it on 7/29. It must've been shipped on a leaky rowboat from china. I should consider myself lucky because the expected arrival date is supposed to be August 7th.

I dislike because it was not contain the tube which connect the portable AC to the window as shown in the picture
