Puritan’s Pride is an excellent value for the money. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get a quality performance vitamin that does what it is supposed to do. I was buying different brands but I switched all my supplemental vitamins to Puritan’s Pride.I have not noticed any foul smells and they are very easy to swallow.If you have not used them I would recommend you give them a try. I believe you would be highly impressed.

I have a very sensitive liver that I keep healthy with 2 things: vitamin E and milk thistle extract. If either product is inferior I can immediately tell. I have used Puritan’s Pride vitamins for decades and have always found them to be consistently high-quality. Of course, it is always best to let your body extract natural vitamins from the food you eat, and I sincerely wish this were possible today as it was years ago when I was growing up. Sadly, however, I feel that most of the fruits and vegetables we consume are not only vitamin-deficient but vitamin-bankrupt. Why? Because growing up most of the fruits and vegetables we consumed were from my grandfather’s orchard or garden. The honey was from his hives. In those days, if you told me to close my eyes and identify fruits and vegetables by their smell, I could guess 10 out of 10 correctly from a distance of 5 feet. If you asked me to identify honey as a fall honey gathered from pollen from clover flowers, or spring/sumner honey gathered from tree blossoms, I could also tell you. Try identifying these food items by smell today. Could you? My point exactly.
