I have nothing anecdotal to offer at this time.Daily serving/dose is 4 capsules totaling 1,500mg (daily value not established). One bottle = 30 day supply. Capsules are plant based, clear, size 000. Capsules are full and in good shape. Active ingredient is Organic Lion's Mane powder from the fruiting body. Other ingredients are Plant Cellulose (capsule), Rice Powder, DiCalcium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide, and Magnesium Stearate. Capsules smell like dry mushroom.*"Not intended" for you if you are a minor, pregnant or nursing, taking medications for bleeding disorders, diabetic or hypertensive.
