This item is way over the price that I paid for it.Can not even keep food hot for 3 hours. It should be able to keep food hot for at least 4 hours per the instructions. Can not find the seller address & phone number in the invoice.

The clips version help kids to open it easily. The turning version looks tighter but my kinder cannot open it.

We use these daily for our kids. We preheat the stainless steel jars first by filling them with hot water and let them sit in sink fir 3 minutes or so.Meanwhile we heat up the food in the microwave. When everything is ready to pack we pour out the hot water (now it won't cool down the food) and fill it with the heated meal. Be sure to close the lid properly by screwing the lid until the marks on the base and lid align. Over or under tightening may lead to leaks or make opening too difficult for youngsters. Would buy again paid $25 at local Chinese market.

we bought two for our kids to take hot food to school lunch.Problems we have seen:1. leaks a lot, very messy!2. hard for a kid to hold it due to the size and shape3. manual is only in Chinese, must be kidding!4. does not keep food hot long enough, not even to 4 hours, even if we fully follow the instructions to pre heat the container.5. the bag comes with it is useless, not side pockets for spoon or forks. the bag can not be easily attached to kids' school bags, very typical Chinese design.Since there are so many much better options there like thermos, and luunchbots which have much higher ratings, better reviews than this BB brand, DO NOT buy it, to repeat the mistake I made.
