I really like this company. I bought both the brain and body and brain and energy to try and like them both. I have the brain and energy when I feel I need energy when I feel that I need energy otherwise I take the brain and body. I have been taking this for over a month now and I do have improved cognitive thinking. I can see a bit of improvement when talking. I used to have to pause every couple of words to remember or recall the next word that I want to say. Although I could picture it in my mind words failed me. Now I still have that but I can see that I have less pauses when talking. I also use brain training apps though. For the energy one I wish it came with reishi in it to be consistent but it is okay. I like the energy of Yerba matte. It feels cleaner than coffee like a clean energy. Don’t take it on an empty stomach - I got a stomach cramp doing that. I do feel energy on it. Sometimes more when I haven’t eaten a big meal and it gives me a good few hours of energy. Best when taken earlier.My aunt had 2 mini strokes and had a hard time connnecting what she things to her so each. She also has a bit of depression/is lethargic most times. I got her the brain and energy and she has been up and about cleaning and getting things done which she never used to do. It has been years!All in all I recommend these two products.

I have been using @FungiPerfect #Mycobotanicalsbyfungi for a few years now. I started on "Lion's Mane" recommended by my physiotherapist and after finding my perfect dose to water consumption I am more alert and feel like I am pushing dementia further away. Recently, I bought Host Defense MycoBotanicals 'Brain' and really felt the benefit, when I tried to re-order it was out. So, I bought this instead. With the powder, I have experimented with making a tea of sorts. A few times just taking a spoonful and then drinking water. I think it is beneficial just requires some ceremony and time. All good. Dissolves quickly, or can sprinkle on food. I am a Sr. & have ADHD. Even being on meds. for that, this makes my mind, brain clearer, my memory is back, during COVID, i am healthier in part, due to this.

Works well for me, have my parents on it as well. 74 year old father seems a bit sharper and feels it too.Product has a slight cinnamon flavor to it, mother despises it but everyone else thinks its fine with their coffee.

This mixes great with coffee and stevia. It has a higher mg of lions mane than does the Stamets 7 another product blend) Host Defense seems to make really high quality products that taste great.
