Gator Maxx is a good polysand you can get many places. My recommendation is to buy from Home and Country USA. They are super fast super responsive and really nice people. They will be my go-to seller for the house and garden projects that i've been ignoring the last few years.I dreaded fixing the walkway but it was relatively easy and done in 2 days

What a wonderful product
The sand is wonderful and easy to use. The sand does what the discription says. The price was right and the product got here the next day. Would recommend to anyone trying to fill cracks and keep the weeds down.

Sets up like concrete
After one day product was rock hard. It has rained since and no signs of washout. Most importantly WATER PROPERLY. Follow directions as written and you will not be disappointed.Used to redo joints in patio as old polymeric sand was junk and washed out after 2 years. Is pricy compared to what you can purchase in chain home stores but so well worth it.

Works good, but be meticulous.
The media could not be loaded. This is a good product, but expensive, so read over the instructions more than once. I used the Brock paver boards to place the pavers on, which this product is good for. I used plastic flooring spacers to make the pavers sit 5mm apart on the boards so there would be a good gap for the polymeric sand to get into. When it came to spreading the sand, I found that the vibratory compactor was moving my bricks around so I was unable to use it. I substituted by using a rubber mallet and I banged on each brick several times to get the sand down in between them. This is an important step. This works well as a substitute for the compactor. Then I swept more sand over the top of that. I then swept the extra polymeric sand away using a soft broom. It’s important to get the level of sand down to 1/8 of an inch below the paver surface. Once I wet the sand, I got lucky And had five good days of 80° weather with partial sun to dry it all out. On the fifth day it began raining. After the rain I checked it out carefully and noticed the product had not washed away. It’s very important to make sure that your project doesn’t become damp while you’re working on it and to get the sand completely down in between the pavers.UPDATE: Well we survived the worst Texas winter in modern history this year – what some people here called “SnowMageddon”. Despite below zero weather and 5 feet of snow - something you just don’t see you in Central Texas - our patio still looks as good as the day that I finished it. This sand is really a good product.
