A bit smaller than expected but if certificate is correct, no problem

Chain was tarnished and dirty when arrived. Poor quality and poor attention to detail.Stones a lot smaller than expected. Will never use again.

Nice looking butterfly although a little smaller than expected.

The pendant is not what I expected as it is too small to notice what it actually is unless you look with a magnifying glass. Also the stones are not matching colours. I returned the pendant on the 8th March and am still waiting for confirmation of a refund by the sellers. I contacted Amazon customer service and was informed that due to the high value of the pendant I am to allow 30 days before making enquires about when I am due a refund, so no help there. If that is the case then surely this should be stated in the refund status. So I won't be buying anything of high value on Amazon again.

The chain broke on the necklace after 15 minutes of wearing it
