I bought the gorgeous rich solid green color “ Amazon Essentials Women's Short-Sleeve Waisted Maxi Dress.” The fabric is indeed thin but I got a dark color and, even though it is thin, the fabric is nowhere sheer. That said, I would prefer this dress to be of a slightly heavier fabric and less stretchy, even for summer, that’s just me. It feels like a very soft tshirt material. I am 5’8” and the dress falls to my ankle bone without shoes. If you are considerably shorter than that you will likely need to shorten it or find another style/length. I am 218lbs typically wear 14/16 pant and got the X Large based upon reviews. I could easily have done with a large but X-Large works ok for the maxi style it is. It will be great for travel. It has no pockets, keeps cost down I suppose. Overall from the reviews and pics, it seems to flatter most ladies and most rave about the comfort because it is so comfortable you could sleep in it. A simple basic wardrobe staple that is a great value.

I’m 5’2” and 200lbs. I usually tie a knot on each side. It’s so cute with tennis shoes and a kimono. So soft. I take EXTRA CARE of my clothes. I don’t know what happens if you are a dryer girl. Not my thing. I’m definitely a hang dry person especially with anything rayon. I also have the red which is definitely on the deep coral side. I’ll probably get another one. Love it!

This dress fit perfectly, and is both cool and comfortable. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall, and it hits my ankles. If a buyer is shorter than me, they will most likely need to shorten the length.

I loved the color and material (Dark Jade, soft & stretchy). At 5'7", it fit perfectly - right at my ankles. Would have kept it except my BF said I looked "Amish". Needless to say and with all due respect to the Amish, that's not the look I was going for especially given what I was buying the dress for. So I returned it. But 4 stars for quality and comfort!

Around this same time I ordered a really cute dress that was on sale for $10. I have yet to receive it. This dress I really like but am hesitant to order others. Maybe you should screen your providers better.

I bought this for my elderly Mom who was looking for something to throw on that was a little cuter and classier than a nightgown. You see, during the day she didn’t want to have to put actual pants on. At her age, she’s earned the right to not have to wear something that she considers uncomfortable despite social norms and expectations. Instead of running around in the buff, this dress is a welcomed, marvelous alternative.

I wore this dress with white slip on sneakers and a Levi's jacket on flights from Phoenix to Lisbon. It was very comfortable and I got compliments. No wrinkles upon arriving.

You'll wear it everyday! Super comfortable fabric, great fit, forgiving (I've started wearing it in my second trimester). A little clingy since it is a cotton blend, but overall easily dressed up or down. Such a wardrobe staple.

Me quedó a la perfección!!! Regularmente uso talla 2X pero la recomendación fue XL y estoy muy contenta de no haber comprado 2X!!! La tela es muy suave y el diseño excelente. Compré otro vestido más con diferente diseño.

I got it in Black and Burgundy. The black one is too long, so will have to be taken up. The burgundy is the right length. I'm 5ft 1. Very very creased when they arrived too. Bag way too small.

J ai longtemps cherché MA robe... Je l ai trouvée ! elle est bien longue jusqu'au bas des chevilles. ( En xl, ma taille habituelle) Elle est près du corps du haut et plus ample du bas, ce qui est flatteur. Le tissu est très agréable, certains disent épais mais pas vraiment, c est du viscose : c est ce qui fait sa jolie tenue, elle n en est pas moins agréable à porter par temps de canicule! Elle est de bonne qualité et semble tenir au lavage. Je l ai prise en vert jade, je la trouve très belle. D ailleurs j en recommande dans d autres couleurs avant qu il n y en ait plus !
